Harry Kane is celebrating his Tottenham Hotspur goalscoring record with a pair of commemorative boots against Chelsea this afternoon.
Kane became Tottenham’s all-time record goalscorer with the winner against Manchester City earlier this month.
That took Kane to 267 goals in a Tottenham shirt, surpassing Jimmy Greaves in the Spurs record books.
There has been some controversy though due to Tottenham not counting two goals Greaves scored in the 1962 Charity Shield.
The Greaves family have been congratulating Kane though and nothing can really dull the celebrations for the Tottenham hero.
There was no goal for Kane against West Ham United last weekend but he will be looking to add to that incredible goal tally against Chelsea today.
Harry Kane celebrates Tottenham record on his boots
Tottenham have taken to Instagram to post a photo of Kane’s boots ahead of today’s clash with London rivals Chelsea.

Kane will be wearing boots that read ‘All-time top scorer 05.02.2023’ on them in gold lettering.
There is also the number 267 in gold lettering on the heel of the boot as Kane celebrates his record.
It’s fitting that Kane is wearing these boots against Chelsea given that the aforementioned Greaves was a legend for both Tottenham and the Blues.
Kane’s record against Chelsea is pretty mixed though.
Tottenham have won just six of the 21 games Kane has played in against Chelsea, losing 11 and drawing four.
Kane has scored seven times in those 21 games, which isn’t a terrible record but nowhere near his record against Leicester City, Everton and Arsenal.
Kane will be desperate to add to his tally today and doing so in his commemorative boots would make it even more special for the England hitman.
