The logo on Phil Mickelson’s hat at the 2023 Masters is actually for his LIV Golf team, the Hy Flyers. The six-time Major winner is the captain of the The Hy Flyers team and his hat logo represents that four person team.
“A team in flight. Powered by its winged logo, this group hopes to soar above the competition,” is how LIV Golf described the team.
Mickelson’s logo at the 2023 Masters is different to the one fans have been accustomed to over the years. Phil’s personal brand logo features a silhouette of him making the winning putt on the 72nd hole of the 2004 Masters.
Phil is seemingly wearing the LIV Golf hat to show his support for the league under the weight of scrutiny from the PGA Tour and beyond.
