PARIS Hilton has suffered a painful knee injury while filming a new music video.
The Simple Life actress shared a since-deleted Instagram video showing her picking sequins and glitter from a cut on her knee.
Paris, 43, shared the clip on Monday after filming a music video for her new song, Bad B***h Academy.
The Stars Are Blind singer sat on the floor while wearing a silver sequin costume consisting of a cutout tank and miniskirt.
She was captured cleaning the cut on her leg as she pulled some sequins from her knee.
“Is there like glass in it?” Paris said in the clip as she moved closer to the camera.
“Oh, it’s your sequin,” an off-camera voice said as Paris questioned, “Oh, it’s a sequin inside of the skin?”
‘THE SHOW MUST GO ON’
Another backstage voice chimed in, assuring the pop star could continue filming.
“Well in this shot, we’re very close. If we just want to bandage it right now and then we can really address it for makeup,” it said.
“I can like put the knee, like hide it,” Paris suggested.
“Yeah, because we won’t see your knee in the shot,” the voice said, adding, “So we’ll just make you comfortable and safe.
“We’ll get this last shot because you’re such a trouper.”

“I’ve put blood, sweat, fire and tears into this video,” she joked as a hand with a glove was seen wiping her knee with a cloth.
Last month, an accidental trailer fire happened while filming the same music video.
“I don’t know how the hell that happened,” she added.
“Slaying too hard.”

The camera zoomed into her bandaged knee, and Paris joked, “I’m killing it with all my leg shots.”
“The show must go on,” she added.
In the video’s caption, Paris joked, “I guess glitter really does run in my veins.”
“Can’t wait for you to see all this hard work come to life in the #BBA music video on Friday!” it continued.
BAD OMEN?
In mid-August, the pop star shared a video of her items, including designer jewelry and custom costumes, that were burned in her trailer fire.
“These items are what’s left from the fire that broke out in my trailer on my #BadB***hAcademy music video shoot,” Paris wrote.
“Everything else was literally melted and burned to a crisp.
“So many amazing memories with each of these pieces, all tying back to this incredible journey to produce the best music video we possibly can make for you all!” she continued.
Paris also confirmed nobody was injured during the fire and assured fans the “heartbreaking” incident would “not stop her and her team.”
The businesswoman uploaded footage of her trailer the following day, which showed the vehicle’s interior completely burnt with part of the roof missing.
“This is insane. Smells so bad,” she said as she walked in.
Members of Paris’ family commented on the shocking update.
“OMG!!!!!! Thank God everyone is safe,” said her mom, Kathy Hilton.
“So glad you’re safe,” added her aunt, RHOBH star Kyle Richards.
Bad B***h Academy is featured on Paris’ upcoming album, Infinite Icon, which releases on Friday.
