NOAH Cyrus’ latest look has fans buzzing as she has been spotted out and about in new exclusive photos from The U.S. Sun.
The 23-year-old left viewers speechless with her head-turning look when she recently appeared on American Idol as a guest judge.

Noah – who is the younger sister of pop star Miley – was seen in Los Angeles rocking a pair of gray sweatpants and a tiny black crop top that exposed her belly.
The hitmaker went the fresh-faced route as her hair was pulled back in a ponytail.
However, Noah was not alone in her outing as she was joined by German designer Pinkus as the pair seemed to confirm their new relationship a few days ago on social media.
Pinkus matched with his new girlfriend as he also wore sweats and a darker T-shirt.
The couple walked their dogs together and seemed to stay close to one another.
Noah’s public appearance comes just days after she caused a social media stir with her TV spot.
The singer appeared on American Idol in order to help the second half of the Top 26 contestants perform at Disney’s Aulani Resort in Hawaii.
Aside from coaching the contestants on song choice, technique, and performance, the star also sang onstage herself.
Noah performed her song Everybody Needs Someone during the two-hour episode.

While on stage, Noah showcased her unique style in a frilly white maxidress, tan lace-up boots, and a white crochet bonnet-style headpiece.
Despite receiving positive remarks from some viewers, others admitted they hardly recognized her and speculated that she may have had plastic surgery.
‘SOMETHING LOOKS OFF’
“… What did she do to her face? She’s young! She shouldn’t be anywhere near filler! Leave that to Madonna!” one person reacted at the time, referring to the 64-year-old legend who has also faced scrutiny over her looks.
Another added: “Has Noah Cyrus done some work? Because something looks very off in her face.”
“Where are Noah Cyrus’ eyebrows?” a user chimed in.
Earlier this year, Noah once again had people talking up a storm about her changing appearance.
In January, Noah turned heads with her look at Paris Fashion Week.
She looked drastically different while attending the Miss Sohee Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2023 show.
Noah debuted her bleached eyebrows at the show after previously sporting dark brows.
Her lips also appeared significantly plumper than in recent snaps, leading to rumors that she may have gotten procedures.
Noah also caused a stir back in 2020 when she stripped almost naked in a sheer bodysuit while performing at the CMT Awards.
While singing This Is Us with Jimmie Allen, Noah accessorized her revealing one-piece with jewel-encrusted white gloves, thigh-high boots and a rhinestone-embellished cowboy hat.
Noah then showed off her look in her Instagram Stories, too, while dancing to the camera as she got her makeup done.
