Tottenham Hotspur could well be bringing a new manager in over the coming days, weeks or months.
Antonio Conte’s explosive post-match interview last week may have ruffled a few feathers too many at N17.
On Friday, a manager who ticks all the boxes for Spurs became available.

We’re talking, of course, about Julian Nagelsmann.
Bayern Munich made the surprising decision to sack the 35-year-old and replace him with Thomas Tuchel.
If Nagelsmann were to join Spurs, it could provide a great opportunity for Arnaut Danjuma to show what he can do.
The 26-year-old was the talk of Europe last season as he helped Villarreal reach the Champions League final.
Indeed, Danjuma scored the winner in the quarter-final first-leg against Nagelsmann’s Bayern.
This, combined with the 1-1 draw in the second leg, saw the Yellow Submarine reach the semis.
Nagelsmann has seen first-hand what Danjuma is capable of.
Meanwhile, Conte has barely utilised the Dutchman since he joined Spurs on loan in January.

He has made four appearances for Tottenham, all off the bench, for a laughable 47 minutes of game time.
Put simply, Danjuma has wasted his time coming to Spurs under Conte.
However, Nagelsmann could give the 26-year-old a chance to impress.

‘Like Robben’
Danjuma is proven at the highest level and has been deemed a “golden” player by Rafael van der Vaart.
In 2021, the Spurs cult hero told VoetbalZone that Danjuma reminded him of Netherlands legend Arjen Robben.
“We have a golden player on our hands,” he said. “He can decide something, like Robben.
“Gave him the ball, something is happening. Danjuma has that. He makes you sit on the edge of your seat.”
Admittedly, competition for Tottenham’s attacking spots in the starting XI is fierce.
Nonetheless, Danjuma certainly deserves more game time than he’s had under Conte.
