MIRANDA Lambert has given her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, a friendly reminder.
The country singer shared an unreleased song about alimony in a new video just weeks after Brendan McLoughlin, 32, was spotted grinding on other women at her Tennesee bar.
In an Instagram video posted on Saturday, Miranda, 40, wore a white cowboy hat and boots, a denim skirt, an Adam Hood t-shirt, and a big shell necklace.
She did a line dance while holding a reusable water bottle and a smile on her face.
An unreleased song by Miranda played over the video as her friends and band danced to it.
“Only one thing can console me, if you’re gonna leave me in San Antone, Remember the alimony,” she sang.
“UNRELEASED SONG ‘ALIMONY’ If you’re gonna leave me in San Antone…remember the alimony,” Miranda captioned the post.
The country singer did not announce a release date for the song.
Miranda and Brendan got married in 2019.
SOMETHIN’ BAD
Miranda’s subtle message to her husband comes after he was caught on video dancing and grinding on other women in a bar in June.
The incident took place at Miranda’s Nashville, Tennessee, bar, Casa Rosa.
The videos were posted and then deleted on TikTok.
The U.S. Sun obtained the videos taken by a bar attendee, which appeared to show a man, who was assumed to be Brendan, getting touchy-feely with a woman on the dancefloor.
He also smiled while appearing to have an intimate conversation with a woman.
She wrapped her arms around Brendan’s neck and pulled the former NYPD officer’s face closer to her as she whispered in his ear.
Brendan hugged the woman and another person with whom he was dancing.
Miranda Lambert’s Relationship History
Miranda Lambert rose to fame in 2003, after she appeared on Nashville Star. The singer released a number of hits that put her on the map in the mainstream country world. Early in her career, she was linked to fellow country crooner Blake Shelton, whom she eventually married. The pair divorced in 2015, however, and both have moved on.
Here’s a look at Miranda’s relationship history:
Blake Shelton:
Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton got engaged in 2010 after several years of dating. The pair married in 2011 and stayed together until 2015.
Anderson East:
Miranda and Anderson went public with their relationship in 2016. They were together for two years, calling it quits in 2018.
Evan Felker:
Miranda and Evan, famous for being a singer in the Turnpike Troubadours, dated briefly from June to August 2018. At the time, Evan was still legally married to his estranged wife Staci Felker.
Brendan McLoughlin:
Miranda debuted her romance with Brendan in February 2019, revealing that they were married. They celebrated their second wedding anniversary in February 2021 and attended the Grammy Awards together two months later.
The U.S. Sun spoke to an eyewitness, who claimed this wasn’t a quick moment.
“It was hours of him acting like this,” the source revealed.
Miranda was nowhere to be seen, despite it being her bar.
The U.S. Sun reached out to Miranda’s rep for a comment but has not heard back.
SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT
Shortly after, however, one of the women he was seen with shared her story to In Touch.
“Earlier in the night, we noticed him in the roped-off section at the front of the bar. “We recognized him, and we all thought it was cool that he was there, and mentioned hoping for a Miranda appearance,” she said.
“Somehow, later, we were let into the roped-off section where he was. I’m not sure how that was initiated or happened.”
The woman said Brendan was “friendly and casual, but never inappropriate or suggestive in any way.”
“He was gracious and polite and kind,” she said, clarifying also that “he was not flirty.”
THAT’S STRUM-THING!
Miranda also appeared to have forgiven her husband for his actions as they recently reunited.
She posted a photo of them together on Instagram in Texas on July 18.
Miranda’s new post saw her embrace her roots between stops on her monthslong tour as she returned to Austin for a quick visit.
She shared three different selfies during three different hangouts.
In the first, the country singer wore a Whataburger hat while posing with fellow country singer, Gwen Bastian.
The next one had Miranda tubing in the Guadalupe River for an outing with her mom, Bev Lambert.
In the third photo, she smiled for a selfie with Brendan, outside Austin’s Q2 stadium.
The couple posed while attending the men’s soccer club Austin FC’s game against Dallas.
Brendan wore a black and green Austin FC tee shirt with gel in his hair.
Miranda, who wore a green baseball cap and sunglasses, nuzzled her cheek against Brendan’s shoulder.
“Tell me you’re from Texas without telling me you’re from Texas,” she captioned the post.
Their reunion came just days after Miranda shared a cryptic post about saying goodbye.
