The star paired the look with a long trench coat placed over her shoulders and sheer tights on her long legs.
She accessorized her look with red accents, including red sunglasses covering her face, red stiletto heels and long nails.
Megan finished the outfit with a short bright red hairstyle with bangs covering her face.
The actress made an appearance in the Big Apple this week to promote her explosive new poetry book release.
The Transformers star’s first collection of disturbing verses in her book titled Pretty Boys Are Poisonous was released on Tuesday.
POETRY SLAM
Megan wrote in the prologue of her book that she has always believed that she is a “sacrificial lamb” for whichever “beautiful, broken, self-absorbed idiot” is hunting her down.
She described herself as a “hopelessly romantic open wound of a human,” she added: “But then one day it happened. One of said idiots finally broke me.”
Megan explained it was then that the poems featuring feelings of “isolation, torment, self-harm, desperation, longing, restlessness, rage, and general anguish” poured out of her.

In one poem titled “it’s giving patrick bateman” – a reference to the serial killer protagonist of American Psycho – Megan wrote: “Your love leaves bloodstains on my bedsheets.”
In another, she described being killed by a 32-year-old narcissist. Her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly turned 33 in April.
In yet another poem, she imagines a werewolf’s attempts to apologize for devouring her, blaming it on “family curses and sexual abuse.”
EYES ON MEGAN
Megan promoted her book on her Instagram story earlier this week.
The star took to her profile on Wednesday to share a series of photos of herself posing in a see-through brown top.
The Jennifer’s Body alum looked nearly unrecognizable with her new short bright red bob and full glam makeup.
Megan chose an electric red see-through nail color to match her vibrant hair, and she posed for a few selfies against a wood wall.
The mother of three covered one of her breasts with just her fingers, hiding herself just barely over the skimpy top.
In a professional shot included in her collection, she gave the camera a sultry look while holding her new poetry book in her arms.
She captioned her post: “An author – my book is out link in bio,” with a heart and broken heart emoji.
