Sadly, the puffer bag is not available at McDonald’s locations in the US or UK at this time.
The bag has been released as part of an exclusive deal at McDonald’s Singapore and the release was confirmed in March 2023.
There has been a huge interest in the merch drop after searches of ‘McDonald’s puffer bag’ saw a spike among social media users in the US and UK.

The McGriddles Patty Puffer Bag was released at 7 am local time on Thursday, March 9 at the exclusive location of the Canberra outlet.
The merch drop was limited to 200 bags only and each item could have been redeemed with a purchase of the Breakfast McGriddles 2x Value Meal.

In a post on Instagram and Facebook, McDonald’s Singapore announced: “Carry your love for McGriddles loud & proud on your shoulders with the McGriddles Patty Puffer Bag. It’s chic. It’s puffy.
“It’s brown like our juicy, sausage patties. With a pop of color in our iconic yellow of course.”
All 200 bags have been redeemed
All 200 bags of the exclusive promotion were redeemed shortly after the merch drop was released on Thursday, March 7.
The merch was available to the first 200 customers because only one redemption per customer was available while stocks lasted.
In a follow-up comment on Instagram, McDonald’s Singapore explained: “Patty Puffer Bag has been fully redeemed! Thank you for your support!
