MARTHA Stewart has responded to fans demanding she date pal Pete Davidson in an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun.
Fans have suggested that the 82-year-old TV personality and 29-year-old comedian should date after Pete and Kim Kardashian broke up in August 2022.

Martha has made comments in the past about how “cute” she thought her famous friend was and jokingly said she would date him.
Now, in a new interview, Martha couldn’t help but still laugh about fans pairing them together.
When asked on a red carpet in New York City if she’s had a change of heart, she tip-toed around the question and made light of the fan theory.
“He’s younger than my grandson!” Martha remarked.

She did, however, go on to compliment him for his hosting role on Saturday Night Live’s October 14 episode.
She gushed to The U.S. Sun: “Oh, he mentioned my wine! I was so happy.
“Did you hear? He said Martha’s Chard,” referring to her chardonnay.
The businesswoman added: “I was very pleased that he mentioned my wine.”
Martha has claimed to be single for over 30 years after she and her ex, publisher Andrew Stewart, divorced in 1990.
Her daughter, Alexis Stewart, has two children: Jude, 12, and Truman, 11.
ADMIRING PETE
In October 2022, Martha shocked fans when she initially spoke out about dating the SNL star.
During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Martha spoke openly about Kim’s ex-boyfriend and revealed that she’s a fan of his tattooed body.
Martha played a dating game using red, yellow, and green flags as the talk show host asked her a series of questions about a hypothetical date.
The first statement that Drew read out was: “Your date has as many tattoos as Pete Davidson.”
Martha immediately held up her green flag and waved it in the air.
As the live studio audience cheered, Drew quickly replied: “I knew it!
“I knew it! Martha, you minx, I knew it! I bet money in Vegas on that one… Okay your date is Pete Davidson!”
As Martha kept waving her green flag, the Charlie’s Angels star then noted: “There’s a thing on the internet where everyone wants you to go on a date with Pete Davidson.”
Martha replied: “I mean, he’s dated so many women.”
Drew fired back: “So what?!” as the bestselling author continued: “No, I’m not saying that’s bad, I think that’s good, and he’s sort of cute…”

“Everybody loves him!” Drew then commented as Martha responded: “Yeah everybody loves him, I know him!”
Looking shocked, Drew then said: “But everybody speaks about Pete Davidson in such a positive way, he has to be a good guy?”
“Oh he is a good guy, he’s a very good guy, and he knows how to get in and get out,” Martha replied cheekily.
Months later, fans went wild after the author posted a rare pic with Pete at her Bedford, New York farmhouse with him and his girlfriend at the time, Chase Sui-Wonders.
The funnyman is now dating Outer Banks actress Madelyn Cline, 25.
They were recently spotted in New York City holding hands after attending an SNL afterparty together.
MAKING A STATEMENT
Viewers were shocked by Martha’s comment and took to Twitter, now known as X, to weigh in.
One person joked: “Martha Stewart added her name to Pete Davidson’s wait list.”
Another tweeted: “I want Pete Davidson to date Martha Stewart so bad haha,” while a third added: “I’d love to watch that date! Lol.”
On October 17, Martha arrived at the Fashion Group International Night of Stars Gala at The Plaza Hotel arm-in-arm with a new “date,” Dennis Blasso.
She stunned in a sparkly white matching strapless top and blazer, which she paired with a wide-leg bottom.
The 80s icon made a fashion statement last week as she showed off her bare legs in a high-slit silver gown at the Hudson River Park Gala, and before that, covered up in a metallic dress suit at the New York Stem Cell Foundation Gala.
Martha was at the FGI Gala to present the Lifetime Achievement Award to the fashion designer, who is married to Michael Cominotto.
DATE NIGHT
The two didn’t leave each other’s side even while seated for the award show.
As celebrities that Dennis worked with – including Jennifer Lopez, Oprah Winfrey, Joan Rivers, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and the Kardashians – flashed on the large screen, stars like Marc Anthony and Whoopi Goldberg looked on.
Marc was in attendance with his wife Nadia Ferreira to receive the Humanitarian Award.
Whoopi, for her part, was there to receive the American Icon Award.
Meanwhile, The View star’s colleague Ana Navarro made a surprise appearance to support both Marc and Whoopi.
The political strategist told The U.S. Sun: “I love them both. They’re both very good friends of mine.
“Of course, I work with Whoopi and I listen to Marc’s songs every single day, but Marc and I are Miami people.”
She continued: “We love living down there and, so, it’s not every day that you get to come to a gala and there’s two of your favorite people getting honored, so today’s a good one.”
