Tottenham are said to have added Brendan Rodgers to their shortlist of potential replacements for Antonio Conte.
Spurs – according to talkSPORT – are interested in the Northern Irishman as the Italian looks set to depart when his contract expires at the end of the season.
Now – however – Daniel Levy may be having second thoughts about Rodgers.
What’s the story?
Well, Rodgers was booed by the Leicester fans after today’s 3-1 defeat to Chelsea at the King Power Stadium.
Supporters made their frustration towards the 50-year-old loud and clear after the 90 minutes had ended, as defeat to Graham Potter’s side meant Leicester have now lost five games in a row.
Tottenham fans will be unsure about having Rodgers in N17 next season as a result – to say the very least.
The loss leaves Leicester just one point above the bottom three after 26 Premier League games.
Of course, Rodgers has previously overseen some very impressive campaigns for Liverpool and Celtic, while his start to life at Leicester was also strong.

However, his efforts this season will surely concern Levy.
Tottenham can do far better than Brendan Rodgers
In our view, Spurs would be foolish to hire Rodgers.

The Northern Irishman is very similar to José Mourinho in regards to the fact that he seems to start well at a club, and then things quickly turn sour.
After plenty of miserable times under the Portuguese tactician, Nuno Espirito Santo and now Conte, that is not what the Tottenham fans need.
Someone capable of managing a long-term project and keeping things running smoothly, like Mauricio Pochettino did during his five years in north London, is what Spurs need right now.
The Athletic believe some superb coaches, such as Luciano Spalletti, Oliver Glasner and Luis Enrique are also on Levy’s shortlist, all of whom would be better choices than Rodgers.
