MAMA June Shannon’s drug test results are set to be revealed in her custody fight over her granddaughter, Kaitlyn, 11, after her daughter Anna Cardwell’s death.
In a new filing, exclusively revealed by The U.S. Sun, June’s attorney has subpoenaed the reality star’s occupational medicine doctor to appear during what is set to be the final hearing in her case against Anna’s ex Michael Cardwell.
The filing reads, “You are hereby subpoenaed: drug test results from January 1, 2023 to present for your patient June Shannon.”
In another filing, June’s attorney also requested Eldridge Toney to attend the hearing.
In other filings, Michael’s supposed employer has been required to attend the hearing, as has Kaitlyn’s principal.
For his part, Michael’s attorney has so far subpoenaed three people presumably to speak on his behalf.
In another recent filing, June’s attorney requested what is called an “in-camera review” from the Department of Family and Children Services.
June has claimed that Michael abused Kaitlyn while living under the same roof.
“Upon information and belief, the Wilkinson County Department of Family and Children Services have filed regarding Plaintiff, Defendant, and/or the minor child, to-wit: Kaitlyn Shannon, born in 2012, involving records pertaining to child abuse and/or neglect,” the court documents read.
