MAMA June’s daughter Anna Cardwell, aka Chickadee, has shared a heartbreaking message to her fans amid her cancer battle.
Anna, 28, was diagnosed with Stage 4 adrenal carcinoma in January.
In an Instagram Story, Mama June’s daughter asked her followers for a special favor.

She wished her followers would share a sweet message to her two daughters: Kylee Madison Cardwell, seven, and Kaitlyn Elizabeth Shannon, 10.
The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo alum captioned the post: “If I pass away unexpectedly, remind my kids every time you see them how much I love them, and how I would do anything in this world for them.”
Anna closed: “This is all I want.”
‘WE’VE ALL ACCEPTED THAT’
In July, June Shannon revealed to Entertainment Tonight that her eldest daughter’s battle with cancer became terminal.
The Mama June: From Not To Hot alum shared: “For me, it’s an emotional rollercoaster sometimes.
“Mentally, it’s always on my mind. We know it’s terminal.”
The We TV star added: “She’s Stage 4. She’s not gonna go into remission.
“We’ve all accepted that, so I just tell people one day at a time ’cause you never know.”
June also revealed how her grandchildren are dealing with the situation.

The Toddlers and Tiaras alum mentioned: “Kaitlyn was always close with Anna, but now she doesn’t go anywhere without Anna.
“I get that because she’s thinking if Anna goes somewhere then maybe Anna might not be at the house when she gets back.”
June mentioned Kylee “just knows Mama’s sick.”
Anna and her ex-husband, Michael Cardwell, share their daughter Kylee and also share daughter Kaitlyn from a previous relationship.
A RARE APPEARANCE
In August, the mother/daughter duo appeared in a TikTok video together.
June displayed some of her new clothes from Mindy’s Boutique.
The TV star kickstarted the clip and said: “Hey guys, what is up? Y’all know I’m back at y’all with some Mindy’s stuff!”
The Masked Singer star showed off her bright floral dress and stretchy black leggings before Anna came into the frame.
Honey Boo Boo’s sister quickly ducked behind the matriarch and threw a bag onto the couch.
She waved at her mother’s followers and exposed the tattoos on her arms before getting into a silly dance.
Anna flaunted her bald head as she smiled at the camera.
In March, TMZ reported that Anna started losing her hair and struggled to eat a few months after she received her diagnosis in January.
Anna has three sisters – Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, 18, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird, 23, and Jessica “Chubbs” Shannon, 27.
