ANNA “Chickadee” Cardwell’s cancer has taken a turn for the worst.
Now, Mama June Shannon and her family are preparing to honor one of her final wishes – one last trip together.

Anna, 29, was diagnosed with Stage 4 adrenal carcinoma in January.
Her sister, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird, provided a pessimistic update on the Facebook page for her and sister Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson’s online boutique.
While announcing an upcoming sale, Lauryn explained that the Mama June: From Not To Hot family would be taking some personal time off soon.
“We are going on a ‘last family trip’ with my sister Anna on Thursday. So we will be live Tuesday and Wednesday night,” she shared. “All packages from the live sale will go out Thursday morning before I’m out of town.”
But shopping was the last thing on the minds of her followers, who begged for more information on Anna’s health.
“Sadly, it’s gotten worse over the last couple of months, and her wish is to go to Gatlinburg with all of us.” Lauryn revealed in a response to one comment. “So we are making that happen & making the best out of this.”
‘ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING’
In an online chat room, even the snarkiest of fans shared their sympathy.
“Anna does not deserve this at all,” I person commented. “I truly thought she would be able to beat this cancer. She fought so hard.
“All we can do is pray that her time left is full of joy and laughter.”
A second echoed the sentiment: “Anna has been through so much, it’s absolutely devastating. I really hope she is able to enjoy these moments with her family and make some lasting memories with her girls.”
While a third expressed: “It’s so sad for Anna, her girls, and the whole family. I can’t imagine how they’re feeling. Nobody deserves to go through this.”
‘ALL I WANT’
Anna has two young daughter: Kylee Madison Cardwell, seven, and Kaitlyn Elizabeth Shannon, 10.

In October, the reality star asked fans for a favor.
“If I pass away unexpectedly, remind my kids every time you see them how much I love them, and how I would do anything in this world for them,” she wrote on an Instagram post.
“This is all I want.”
In July, June Shannon revealed to Entertainment Tonight that her eldest daughter’s battle with cancer became terminal.
The Mama June alum shared: “For me, it’s an emotional rollercoaster sometimes.
“Mentally, it’s always on my mind. We know it’s terminal.”
The We TV star added: “She’s Stage 4. She’s not gonna go into remission
“We’ve all accepted that, so I just tell people one day at a time ’cause you never know.”
June also revealed how her grandchildren are dealing with the situation.
The Toddlers and Tiaras alum mentioned: “Kaitlyn was always close with Anna, but now she doesn’t go anywhere without Anna.
“I get that because she’s thinking if Anna goes somewhere then maybe Anna might not be at the house when she gets back.”
June mentioned Kylee “just knows Mama’s sick.”
