MANY celebrities have filed for bankruptcy despite enjoying years of fame and success.
Real Housewives cast member Teresa Guidice and rap legend 50 Cent are among a huge list of stars known for their financial struggles.

Teresa and her ex-husband Joe were on the original cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey in 2009.
But the same year they starred in the show, the couple also filed for bankruptcy, claiming nearly $11 million in debt, per CBS News.
In 2015, the couple was found guilty of fraud, and Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in prison.
They’ve since separated with Joe being deported back to his native country Italy.
Curtis Jackson, known by fans as 50 Cent, rocketed to fame in the early 2000s with hits like Get Rich or Die Tryin’.
Though he continued to enjoy plenty of musical and financial success, Jackson eventually filed for bankruptcy in July 2015.
The rapper said at the time that he had debts of up to $50 million, but was able to settle them in 2021 with a $23 million payout.
Mike Tyson is known as one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time after he stormed the sport in the late 80s.
But not long after he earned several coveted titles, he was convicted of raping a teen in 1992.
After a years-long stint in prison, Tyson filed for bankruptcy and claimed he had a debt of around $23 million in 2003.
He’s since been able to make some much-needed cash by starring in films and starting a cannabis brand.
Other notable celebrities who filed for bankruptcy include Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller – the owner and instructor at a popular dance studio in Pennsylvania.
Miller made the filing in 2014 and claimed she had $400,000 in unpaid debts.
But in 2017, it was revealed the reality TV icon had over $775,000 in hidden accounts and was convicted of fraud.
Miller had a brief stint in prison before she was released in 2018.

First supermodel Janice Dickinson is remembered for her beauty, but infamous for having outstanding payments to several plastic surgeons.
In 2013, she made a filing that stated she owed around $1 million, but was able to make some money back from a bombshell settlement paid out by disgraced actor Bill Cosby.
She claimed Cosby raped her in 1982, but Cosby maintained his innocence.
Chrisley Knows Best stars Todd and Julie Chrisley filed for bankruptcy in August 2012 and claimed $49.4 million in debt.
Two years later, they were at the center of a successful reality TV show that focused on their lavish lifestyle.
On June 7, 2022, the pair was found guilty of tax evasion, wire fraud, and conspiracy to commit bank fraud, resulting in the cancelation of their show.
In 2010, Real Housewives legend Sonja Morgan filed for bankruptcy after divorcing her husband.
She claimed at the time that she owed $19.8 million and had only $13.5 million in assets.
Morgan was able to settle all of her debts in 2015.
La Toya Jackson was ushered into the limelight after her younger brother Michael made it big.
But in 1995, she had to declare bankruptcy after she was sued by the Moulin Rouge club in Paris.
The club alleged that Jackson didn’t fulfill a six-month contract that she had signed with them.
The Just Wanna Dance singer tried to reopen her bankruptcy in 2010, but a judge denied her request.
Another singer plagued with financial issues is Toni Braxton, who has filed for bankruptcy twice.
In 1998, she claimed that she had racked up insurmountable debts in the midst of a spending addiction.
In 2010, Braxton claimed debts of up to $50 million after she had to cancel a self-funded Las Vegas show for health issues.
