The Material Girl singer was hospitalized after contracting an infection that sent her to the ICU.

Rocco, 22, and David, 17, were seen out and about in New York City where their mother is currently being treated on Wednesday.
The pair appeared stressed but kept it casual.
They were seen making their way into Madonna’s apartment building.
Rocco, for his part, wore a baggy pair of blue trousers with a blue and white striped shirt.

He had a tote bag slung over his shoulder.
David, meanwhile, wore a brown and white striped top with a pair of fitted blue jeans.
This is the first time the Grammy winner’s sons have been seen in public since her health crisis was made public.

MADONNA’S HOSPITALIZATION
On Wednesday, the Like a Virgin singer’s manager, Guy Oseary, took to social media to share the shocking news.
He wrote in a caption: “On Saturday, June 24, Madonna developed a serious bacterial infection which led to a several-day stay in the ICU.”
“At this time we will need to pause all commitments, which includes the tour.”
She was found unresponsive and then rushed to a New York City hospital, Page Six confirmed.
Madonna was intubated for one evening and is now awake and responsive, a source told the publication.
The pop star’s daughter, Lourdes Leon, was said to have been by her mother’s side throughout the health crisis.

Madonna was due to begin her highly-anticipated Celebration tour later this year, kicking off with a show at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada.
It’s unclear when the tour will begin, if at all.
“We will share more details with you as soon as we have them, including a new start date for the tour and for rescheduled shows,” Oseary wrote in his post.
SCARY SIGNS
Days before she was rushed to the ICU, Madonna shared an ominous post on social media.
The Material Girl shared a carousel of photos to her Instagram from backstage.
She looked somber in several pics, not smiling.
She captioned the photos: “The Calm Before The Storm……….”
The snaps showed her preparing for her now-postponed tour.
Madonna was working grueling 12-hour days “strenuously rehearsing” for her tour for weeks before her hospitalization, Page Six reported.
Among the concerning photos shared by the pop star was one of her sprawled out on the floor.
Her eyes were closed and she was resting one hand on her stomach.
In another pic, the iconic musician’s eyes appeared glossy and heavy while getting her hair done.
One picture, in particular, has raised the eyebrows of fans.
Mixed in among the set is a snap of Madonna sitting somberly next to a piano, seemingly taking a break.
She didn’t smile as she stared off into the distance.

In her hand, she clutched a can of Red Bull with a long straw sticking out of it.
No further information about Madonna’s health has been revealed at this time.
