Lori, 26, kicked off the week with a post-workout Instagram Story snap that sent fans into a frenzy.
She posted a photo of herself laying in the sauna while wearing a tiny black sports bra.
The workout top showed her ample cleavage and muscular arms as sweat dripped off her body.
Her hair was tied back away from her face and she did not seem to have any makeup on in the photo.
Lori included a tiny sticker on the post that read: “Sweat it out.”
After the sauna, she headed to an ice bath.
She shared a video of her jumping in the tub while fully clothed in her top and form-fitting leggings.
The star took a deep breath as she dunked into the icy water up to her chest.

Lori frequently brings fans along as she completes her intense workouts.
On October 5, she posed in a sports bra once again, this time while inside the gym.
After traveling for Paris Fashion Week events, she was seen working out on what appeared to be a treadmill.
The influencer appeared to be exercising at an Alo studio, rocking an Alo hat, black sports bra, and a baggy white T-shirt.

Lori zoomed in on herself as she completed a high-incline walk.
She captioned the clip: “Back at it @alo,” adding an arm muscle emoji.
The Victoria’s Secret model later snapped a photo in the sauna.
She was shrouded in red light and covered in sweat in the photo, which showed her lips, black sports bra, and cleavage.
Lori captioned the post: “Trying to sweat out this cold I’m getting,” with a crying emoji.

It’s not just in the gym that Lori shows off her body.
She frequently puts her hard work on display in bikinis and revealing outfits.
