Lady Gaga’s furious fans boycott her Mayhem Ball tour after she charges ‘insane’ prices – even $600 for nosebleed seats

LADY Gaga’s fans are completely furious, with some even boycotting her upcoming Mayhem Ball tour.

The How Bad Do U Want Me singer will be kicking off her tour in Las Vegas on July 16 and concluding in Paris on November 22.

The mostly arena-based tour is a huge change in venue for the singer.

“This is my first arena tour since 2018,” Gaga said about the venue shift.

Charging $600 for nosebleed seats, fans are unimpressed by Lady Gaga’s ticket pricing.

Tickets for Gaga’s Mayhem Tour went on pre-sale recently, and fans were quick to notice that the singer and her team had turned dynamic pricing on.

Floor tickets that were originally $450 have been showing up as $1000-2000 (before fees).

A fan on Reddit said in response: “Disappointing to see Lady Gaga has turned on dynamic pricing for her upcoming tour, resulting in outrageous prices even for nosebleeds ($400-$600).”

DYNAMIC PRICING ROW

Dynamic pricing is used by ticket selling sites, and is often used before scalpers can even purchase them to resell at even more extortionate prices.

It means that ticket prices fluctuate based on real-time demand.

Dynamic pricing means as demand rises and tickets become scarcer, they also get more expensive.

Speaking about Gaga’s tickets and the pricing of them, Ticketmaster have said: “Ticketmaster does not have surge pricing or dynamic algorithms to adjust ticket prices.

“Tickets were priced in advance of the sale and set at the individual seat level,” they added in their statement to The Daily Beast.

But despite this, fans are still up in arms and incredibly angry over the price of Gaga’s concert tickets for her upcoming tour.

“At those prices I will be seated…..for the inevitable concert movie,” said one fan in the comments.

‘SUCH BAD SEATS’

They added: “But for all the complaining the concerts will still sell out, so artists will continue doing this.”

Meanwhile, on X, formerly known as Twitter, one person penned: “first in line for verizon presale mayhem ball queue and there were no tickets available under $600.”

Another said: “The London tickets that were £170 in the O2 presale are now £300+ CANCEL THE MAYHEM BALL TOUR AND LOCK LADY GAGA UP NOW!!!!!!!”

“Even Eras tour wasn’t this much, there’s no way Gaga’s team set these prices lol,” penned a third.
