KIM Kardashians fans have voiced their worry for the fan after the noticed her appearance in a new clip.
In this week’s episode of The Kardashians, Kim ditched her usual glam look as she relaxed in pajamas, but fans were shocked by how she looked.

In the scene, 42-year-old Kim sat on the couch with her daughter North West.
The mother-daughter duo wore matching leopard print pajamas, and were surrounded by friends in their hotel room in Milan.
The group discussed Kim’s sister Khloe Kardashian, 38, and how she’d gushed about meeting an attractive man in the elevator. After discovering that the man’s room was right next to Khloe’s, 10-year-old North came up with a prank to play on her aunt.
However, viewers at home were distracted away from the drama by Kim’s appearance in the Hulu scene.
A Kardashian critic took to Reddit with screenshots of Kim’s face, and many others quickly weighed in with their thoughts.
One social media user asked: “Is this real? Looks like she’s cosplaying as a ‘tired normie’ with red eyeshadow circling her eyes to really highlight the effect.”
A second worried fan speculated: “I wonder if it’s… the effects of not eating enough? I hope it’s make-up cause she looks unwell… and I hate that they are pushing being super thin/skinny. Stop trying to make it happen!!”
Another person agreed: “I think it’s from being too skinny, tired from the show, and having appalling extensions stapled to her fried hair. She’s also no longer in her 20s.”
SKINNY KIMMY
This isn’t the first time that fans have voiced concern over Kim’s weight.
An insider exclusively told The U.S. Sun late last year: “Kim looks amazing, always, but she’s good at keeping how stressed she is hidden.
“She’s the skinniest she’s ever been and barely sleeping. Her family knows that a lot of this is her rebounding from a very controlling marriage, and her determination to show Kanye how much better she is doing without him.”

The insider said that Kim: “does not want to put on weight as she thinks she has never looked better than now. She loves how skinny she is and wants to stay this way.
Concern for Kim reignited this year after she posted a photo of herself with a pint of Guinness while in London in March.
On Reddit, one person simply appreciated: “Lol not Kim just in the local pub.”
However, one worried: “She’s so small.”
Another added: “The length of her face is greater than her waist.”
THE REAL KIM
In April, Skims founder Kim showed off her unedited face as she posed for a photo at a prison reform event held at Los Angeles County’s California State Prison.
The reality TV star was also photographed without edits at this year’s Met Gala, and fans were shocked by what they saw.
One image of Kim at the event was shared on Reddit with the simple caption: “Nightmare fueled.”
“I’m starting to realize there isn’t much you can do to combat aging lol she has all the money in the world and she still looks her age,” one person claimed.
Another wrote: “I like seeing their real skin texture. Filters and stuff has really ruined what I think my skin is supposed to look like.”
Someone else added: “Kim had such gorgeous natural features, I really do wish she had let herself experience a more graceful ‘aging process. She’s so fluffy with fillers!”
