KIM Kardashian has faced backlash for defending Tristan Thompson despite his sordid cheating scandals while dating her sister Khloe.

Now Kim, 42, has been criticized for gushing over Tristan, 32, in a new scene from the Hulu show.
During Wednesday night’s episode, producers asked the reality star during a confessional: “Where is your relationship with Tristan?”
The TV personality replied: “Ugh…I know you guys are going to hate me for this and you’re going to hate us and think Khloe’s like whatever.
“It’s so crazy because he’s such a good friend and he’s such a good like dad but he just couldn’t get it together in that area of like being a faithful boyfriend.”

Kim continued: “So it’s like you wanna obviously hate him for that. Yeah of course his actions and who he was like it’s so f**ked up like I can’t deny that.
“We’ve had our talks about it, we’ve had our fights about it, we’ve had our arguments about it.
“But he’s also shown so many decent things and just has been a really good person and friend. When he saw me struggling with my kids he stepped up.”
She added: “He started showing up to the games, he picks Saint up, takes him to dinner, and he will always come to my defense, especially if it’s stuff with like me and my ex.
“And I just never forgot that. So it’s like I’ll never really throw someone away and act like I don’t feel like they can grow and evolve,” Kim closed.
FAN BACKLASH
But fans were appalled by Kim’s response, as many took to Reddit to slam her for defending the man who openly cheated on her sister for years.
“Kim is A Trashcan Apologist,” one wrote, resharing the clip from the episode and opening up the conversation.
“Seems like he’s her bf in this – Weird,” a second claimed.

Kim’s shocking admission came after she appeared to be getting chummy with her sister Khloe’s baby-daddy outside of a nightclub in Miami, Florida this past July.
Celebrity photographers captured her and Tristan giggling while they engaged in a night out at Miami’s LIV club without the Good American founder.
The 42-year-old TV personality and the 32-year-old NBA star were pictured standing close to one another.
Kim and Tristan both sported all-black outfits that included shiny leather pants, appearing to have coordinated ensembles.
The mom of four and the ex-boyfriend of her younger sibling Khloe were partially turned to each other.
Tristan had his head lowered, seemingly trying to grasp what Kim was saying.
Kim covered her mouth with her hand, so it wasn’t clear whether she was mid-sentence or not.
The Kardashians star had been seen spending time with the Los Angeles Laker player on multiple occasions despite his sordid cheating scandal with the Good American founder.
The two made their way to dinner together before they headed to LIV, getting spotted arriving at Gekko restaurant in Miami.
Fans were alarmed that Kim and Khloe’s former beau were not only having dinner together but also wearing seemingly matching outfits.
Tristan and Khloe share two little ones: five-year-old daughter, True, and 11-month-old son, Tatum, the moniker The U.S. Sun previously exclusively revealed.
