KIM Kardashian has left fans divided with her character’s appearance on American Horror Story.
The reality star, 42, displayed her drastic look in a new poster for her upcoming role in the FX horror series, American Horror Story: Delicate.

Kim was seen looking unrecognizable with a long blonde wig, thick black lashes, and red lipstick.
The mother of four wore a white crop top and figure-hugging skirt and had a huge spider crouching on her stomach.
She pouted at the camera and posed with her hands on her hips in the creepy snap.
The pic was posted on social media and revealed that the 12th season of the anthology series premieres on September 20.
While some fans praised the chilling imagery, others claimed it was “predictable” of Kim to look “sexy.”
One wrote on Reddit: “Oh great. Another chance for Kim to remind us yet again that she’s sexy girl. We get it.”
Another added: “Why can’t any of her ‘characters’ not be sexy? All of her snl skits were also just hot/dumb girl characters.
“I want to see her in a dumb wig and braces with glasses and actually play a character that doesn’t resemble herself. Actual acting required.”
A third posted: “She looks like any other photo of her just with lashes and a lip…”
Others defended Kim’s experience, commenting: “Might be an unpopular opinion but I think she looks good here and I’m excited to watch.”
Another user remarked: “I love how the spider’s abdomen mimics a pregnant belly. A+ design.”
The other two women headlining the new season are Emma Roberts and Cara Delevingne.
Emma was seen cradling a giant spider on her chest while Cara appeared holding a surgical needle with a spider within.
The upcoming season will premiere in two parts, but it’s not yet known how the episodes will be split.
Season 11 aired two episodes back to back every week.
CREEPY STORYLINE
The upcoming season is titled Delicate and is based on the novel Delicate Condition by Danielle Valentine, which hit shelves this month.

It’s the story of actress Anna, who has endured countless IVF treatments and is convinced that a sinister character is preventing her pregnancy.
This role will mark Kim’s most high-profile acting job to date, following a nearly 20-year career in reality TV.
On April 10, AHS creator Ryan Murphy and Emma Roberts took to Instagram to share a spooky promo video ahead of the show’s return.
In the clip, creepy music played as the names of the cast popped up on the screen.
After seeing Kim’s name, fans flocked to the comments to slam the casting decision.
“Hang it up man. I’m begging you,” one person slammed.
“Congrats, new way to ruin this show…” a second agreed.
“Uhhh… yikes,” a third complained, while a fourth ripped: “Why! Why ruin a good thing Ryan??!! A Kardashian…I hope it’s a small part…”
“KIM KARDASHIAN?????” a fifth exclaimed.
“Please tell me Kim is the first dead,” a final critic hoped.
DEFENDING HIS DECISION
Ryan defended his decision to cast Kim on his show.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: “Kim is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family.
“Emma and I are excited about collaborating with this true force in the culture.
“Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.”
Ryan was reportedly taken with Kim and her acting chops after seeing her on Saturday Night Live in October 2021.
The pair are said to have met up to chat about creating a unique role for her on AHS.
