KHLOE Kardashian has revealed the stitches on her face after having surgery on her cheek to remove a tumor.
The 38-year-old opened up about the operation during a graphic scene on the latest episode of The Kardashians.

Khloe said in a confessional: “I had to have the surgery where I had the tumor removed from my face.
“Remember I had this just tiny little dot on my face and they had to sort of open up my cheek.”
“I woke up and had this huge bandage on my face and I couldn’t really move my mouth because I had these stitches on the other side of my mouth too.
“This was way more serious than either I understood or I anticipated it to be.”
She then told her friend Malika Haqq: “I guess when they were reviewing the labs, a lot more than what they thought had to be removed.”
The reality star added: “What they just don’t know is if it’s pre-cancer or it already went to cancer.”
She showed Malika graphic close-up pictures of her stitches and jagged scarring which covered the bottom half of her cheek.
Khloe reduced Malika to tears as she revealed she had to have stitches for two weeks before finding out if she was in the clear.

The mother of two said in a confessional: “When you’re waiting on results, is sort of when your mind can just go to different places.
“What if the cancer did spread? You start thinking these crazy things. You just spiral into darkness.”
Toward the end of the episode, Khloe visited her mom Kris Jenner and revealed her tumor was completely and successfully removed during surgery.

She said: “He said it could have spread at any minute. That’s why they rushed me to do it.
“But yeah, the relief of knowing that everything is gone, it’s out of my system, it’s good. Never thought for a second it was a tumor on my face, like never, never, never.”
Khloe added to the cameras: “My doctor got the pathology report back and we got the entire tumor, all my margins are clear.
“I am so relieved, I am so happy, and all I have is a scar, that I will figure out later. You know, so many people are not as lucky and I feel really fortunate and really blessed.”
In September, Khloe sparked concern from fans after she was spotted donning a flesh-colored dressing on her cheek.
The photo was taken by a fan in Milan, where Khloe attended Dolce & Gabbana’s fashion show.
She was seen rocking the same bandage earlier that month while filming The Kardashians.
Fans shared their fears on a message board at the time, with one writing: “Anyone else spot the huge bandage? I really hope she’s alright.”
Another suggested: “She could have burned herself? That’s a blister bandage.”
A third user speculated that it was a hydrocolloid bandage used to treat acne.
“I used those (hydrocolloid bandages aka giant pimple patches) when I had bad cystic acne that came in clusters. Worked better than anything and I tried it all.”
The reality star also appeared to have the bandage on her face during a trip to Malibu beach with her five-year-old daughter, True, days earlier.
Khloe shares True and 10-month-old son Tatum with her ex-Tristan Thompson, 32.
