Now Khloe, 39, has been ripped after sharing a new photo of her daughter True, five, and her nephew, Kim Kardashian’s son Psalm, four.
The reality star took to her Instagram profile on Tuesday to post a snap of the tiny tots from her massive home gym in Hidden Hills, California.
In the image, the TV personality’s daughter and Kim’s youngest son held hands while showing off matching arm casts.
True went for a pink-colored cast that matched her outfit of a pink crop top and comfy shorts.

Psalm opted for a black cast that went with his black paisley shorts and Naruto t-shirt.
The injured duo kept high spirits as they smiled at the camera and proudly showed off their wounds.
In a second pic, Khloe highlighted just her daughter, who left her hair in natural curls around her face.
She threw up a peace sign at the camera for the smiling photo, that clearly looked like it had been filtered.
The TV star included one final picture of her tiny tot who showed off her adorable smile to fans.
Khloe captioned the post: “Cousin cast club. Trampoline and monkey bars. They had a ball this summer.”
FAN BACKLASH
Although fans were concerned about the little ones and their broken arms, many were furious at Khloe for filtering the children for her own aesthetic purposes.
Several took to Reddit to accuse the mother of two of “disgusting” parenting.

“Khloe for the love of all things holy stop putting filters on the kids. what the f**k is wrong with that woman,” one ripped.
“Whyyyyyyyyyyy does she put filters on these children. True is sooo beautiful, but for some reason I think Khloe is insecure about her looks, and that’s why she filters the images which is crazy to me.
“Pushing all of these insecurities onto your children. I’ve rarely seen khloe post true, or any of these children without filters like when can we just let kids be kids,” a second ranted.
“I don’t get it,” a third put shortly.
UNFAIR PARENTING?
Khloe is no stranger to backlash regarding her parenting style with her daughter True and son Tatum, one.
The Good American founder recently celebrated her little boy’s first birthday, though fans couldn’t help but notice the event was much more understated than his sister’s.
Photos were reposted to a Kardashian-dedicated Reddit board where fans discussed Khloe, the party, and what appeared to be favoritism toward her daughter.
The snapshots featured The Kardashians star at the party and wearing an all-white, low-cut dress as she posed with her pregnant sister Kourtney, 44, their mom Kris, 67, her ex-boyfriend and children’s father Tristan Thompson, 32, and of course—the birthday boy himself—Tatum.
In the comment thread, one person wrote: “It’s sad that this party looks low budget (down to her outfit) in comparison to what she does for True every year.”
Another fan argued that less could be better, writing: “At least the planet can breathe for a millisecond. I know they always do extravagant parties but it’s so wasteful and all the plastic is bad for the planet.”
Back in April, Khloe threw True a lavish, Octonauts-themed birthday party at her $17 million Los Angeles mansion for her daughter’s fifth birthday and was immediately dragged for it by critics.
Several members of the Kardashian-Jenner family were present, including Khloe’s siblings, Kourtney and Kylie Jenner, 25.

The party included a two-tier birthday cake, decorated with blue icing and covered with detailed characters from the kids’ series.
Although the party was also fairly low-key for the famous family, critics of the Hulu reality stars slammed Khloe for throwing True such a lavish event.
