Now Khloe, 38, has taken to her Instagram Stories to share a workout update from inside her $17million Calabasas mansion.
The reality star filmed herself while walking on the treadmill using a black-and-white filter as she addressed her fans.
The TV personality wore a black long-sleeved t-shirt, her blonde hair slicked back in a bun, and no makeup for the clip.
Khloe’s nose looked smaller than ever amid rampant speculation that she underwent a second secret nose job.
She told fans: “Yesterday was True’s fifth birthday and I’m so happy for her but it’s just so sad how quickly our kids grow.
“We had the whole day at Disneyland, we had so much fun. I’ve taken about a week and a half off of working out for spring break for the kids and just to be with my kids and enjoy and all that.
“So I’m so not in the mood to get back into it today, but here we are at 5:56 and let’s see how this goes.”

Khloe first raised new nose job speculation after filming her workout routine at her home gym last month.
Then, earlier this week, the Kardashians star revealed her true face without editing or photo filters in a hilarious new video skit with James Corden.
The comedian joined the reality star and her sisters Kylie, 25, Kim, 42, and momager Kris, 67, for a funny sketch filmed at the Kylie Cosmetics headquarters.
After he wreaked havoc in various different rooms of the office, the late-night star arrived in the conference hall where Khloe sat flipping through some papers.
The TV personality was dressed in a denim jacket, with full glam makeup, and her long light-brunette hair styled in waves.
The Good American founder looked up as James walked in, his hands full of salad bowls, showing fans her true face without filters.
Khloe said “thank you” as the Late Late Show host provided her with the classic Kardashian salad lunch.
The mother of two instructed her friend on how to prepare the salad with “crunchies” and dressing, before spending copious amounts of time shaking it to disperse the toppings.
The TV star looked immensely different in her natural state than in the highly edited images shared on social media.
James and Khloe closed out the funny skit as he attempted to feed her bites of salad like a baby.

NOSE JOB ROUND 2?
The filter-free clip came amid rampant speculation that the Hulu star has secretly undergone another nose job surgery.
The California native looked nearly unrecognizable in an Instagram video last month as she filmed an entire workout routine inside her state-of-the-art home gym.
Khloe captioned the post: “We’re Back Baby!” before providing a detailed write-up of her showcased exercise routine.
The video started with a close-up of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum explaining her lack of motivation to work out.
Her long brunette hair was hanging loosely beside her face and falling down to her shoulders as she donned a black sports bar and curve-hugging leggings.
Khloe took a deep breath and gathered her strength as she announced: “Let’s get to it.”
The recording cut to the Good American co-founder stretching in the moments before her workout while also being visited by her daughter True, four.
The TV personality was captured warming up on her @hydrow rower and working out with trainer @donamatrixtraining as she completed squats, bicep curls, deadlifts, and other exercise movements.
FAN CONTROVERSY
Screengrabs from the video were reposted on a popular Kardashian-dedicated Reddit board, where fans seemed to be less interested in the workout and more concerned with Khloe’s appearance.
The post was titled: “What is happening with her nose?”
One person responded: “Whoooooo even is this?! Stop the madness Koko.”
Another fan questioned: “Is this Khloe???? Omg her face looks like it was molded out of clay tf is going on.”
A third commenter argued: “This is very clearly Photoshop or a thin filter because her lips are huge and her chin is a triangle.”
“God I hope so because her nose looks like it’s about to collapse,” added a fourth.
One person mentioned: “I swear her [sic] and Kim are becoming less recognizable. Are they having more procedures done on their faces?”
They continued: “I hope to God this is a filter because her [sic] and Kim have some issues if they’re getting surgery every couple of months.”
A second commented: “The juxtaposition between her lips and nose makes it look sooo much worse.”
