KHLOE Kardashian has revealed how she manages to deal with stress amid ex-Tristan Thompson’s NBA suspension.
Khloe, 38, took to Snapchat and held a Q&A session with her followers.
“How do you deal with stress?” one fan asked.
“Working out is my therapy,” The Kardashians star answered.
“For me, it’s the best way to cope with stress.”
“It keeps me focused. It keeps me strong physically and mentally,” she closed.
“What advice would you give to a woman in her 20s fresh out of a breakup?” another fan asked.
“I would tell you that every relationship is an opportunity to learn more about yourself,” the Hulu star answered.
“You are so young, and this is your time to find out what makes you happy, what you are looking for in a relationship.”
“You are going to meet new people and have new experiences and be grateful for the ones you had in your last relationship,” she continued.
“Spend time with your friends and family, and know there are amazing things to come for you. Life is just beginning,” Khloe concluded.
TRISTAN’S SUSPENSION
The Good American founder held her Ask Me Anything session as her former baby daddy, Tristan, 32. deals with a major blow to his NBA career.
The NBA revealed that the 32-year-old basketball player tested positive for a pair of banned substances, Ibutamoren and SARM LGD-4033.
His suspension from the Cleveland Cavaliers started when his team clashed against the Milwaukee Bucks this past Wednesday.
Tristan is benched from 25 games after violating the league’s anti-drug policy.
He will not be eligible to return until the middle of March.
This will give the sports star plenty of free downtime.
Tristan and Khloe share two children: one-year-old son, Tatum, and daughter, True, five.
The former couple faced difficult times when Tristan became involved in a love child scandal and fathered a son named Theo, two, with Maralee Nichols, 33, in December 2021.
Tristan had an affair with Maralee when he was supposedly exclusive with the reality star.
REBOUND?
In an online thread, fans predicted the disgraced star might come crawling back to his former partner.
“Khloe will prob take him back AGAIN since he will be around more often,” one person theorized.
“They got back together in Covid when he wasn’t playing and just hanging around in like 2020,” another person speculated.
“Khloe is probably low-key ecstatic he got suspended,” a third person assumed.
“At this point, I think Khloe is just addicted to caretaking or appearing that way,” a commentator wrote.
“If she was going to do all this, I just wish she would’ve stayed with Lamar [Odom]. At least he actually liked her,” another commentator argued.
