Here are some tips for securing tickets if you’re currently waiting in the queue:
- Make sure you’re logged into your Ticketmaster account and have your payment saved for easy purchase
- Make sure the email associated with your Ticketmaster account is the same one you used to register for presale
- Have your presale code ready to copy and paste when Ticketmaster asks
- Don’t refresh the queue
- Don’t refresh when the queue moves to “0” – Ticketmaster will automatically redirect you to purchase tickets
- Don’t rush purchasing tickets – they will go fast but if you keep trying you may be able to secure them
- Have a plan on where you want to sit and what your budget is before you make it out of the queue
