FANS have shared theories that Kendall Jenner was annoyed with producers for bringing up an embarrassing moment on a new episode of The Kardashians.

Now Kendall, 27, has defended her strange method in a tense confessional during a season 4 episode.

The topic came up as the reality star spoke to producers about an awkward moment that went viral when she sliced a cucumber with a never-before-seen strategy.

“By the way guys, I cut that cucumber safely so anyone that says I can’t cut a cucumber, it was sliced. It was cut,” she asserted in a stiff tone.

“People really think it’s a diss now. ‘You’re hanging out with her? She can’t even f**king cut a cucumber,'” Kendall complained.

“You think you’re offending me? You’re not,” she laughed.

“Who gives a s**t? Seriously.”

But fans were convinced that Kendall cared more about the backlash than she let on, taking to Reddit to accuse her of lashing out at the producers.

“Kendall trying to prove that she’s not bothered by the cucumber situation,” one wrote opening up the conversation.

They added: “In the new episode on Kardashians Hulu Kendall brings up the cucumber thing yet again like it’s so old. She’s tryna say she’s unbothered in a sarcastic way just found it cringey. idk lol.”

“Lmfaooo I feel like she was so mad about it when it first happened,” a second agreed.

“She seemed lowkey triggered. lollll Which is funny cus i honestly forgot about it! Maybe she was annoyed with producers for even bringing it up again,” a third remarked.

“Kendall is really concerned with an image she maintains, I don’t think she can really laugh at herself and leaning into the joke means that well, she hasn’t cut many vegetables or fruits in her life,” a fifth mentioned.

In season 2 of The Kardashians on Hulu, the model notoriously held her hands in an awkward position while cutting a cucumber in her mom’s kitchen.

The moment instantly became meme-worthy on social media.

POKING FUN?

Last month, Kim Kardashian potentially made a jab at her younger sister regarding the mishap in a new trailer for American Horror Story.

FX took to TikTok to share a new sneak peek at its upcoming season of AHS: Delicate, which showed a glimpse of Kim’s character.

At one point in the 15-second teaser, Kim, 42, was seen chopping a cucumber while saying: “It feels almost sadistic.”

The camera then zoomed in to show Kim pushing down on the knife to cut through the vegetable, which was placed on a wooden cutting board.

Kim’s hands were placed in the more “correct” position for cutting the log-shaped veggie, potentially making a jab at her sister’s viral moment last year.

While it has not been confirmed whether or not Kim’s cucumber-cutting moment was an ode to her sister, plenty have fans called out the hilarious moment.
