Katy Perry’s daughter Daisy, 4, seen for first time as she watches mom’s space trip with dad Orlando Bloom

KATY Perry’s adorable daughter Daisy was seen in public for the very first time as she supported her mom ahead of her history-making space trip.

The toddler, aged four, was seen dressed in a silver space suit adorned with an American flag, with her shoulder length blonde hair blowing in the wind.

Katy, 40, welcomed Daisy Dove Bloom into the world in 2020, and this is the first time the Roar singer and partner Orlando Bloom, 48, have revealed her face in images.

Daisy kept close to her movie star dad during the launch of the Blue Origin capsule, which housed an all-female crew including Katy and  Jeff Bezos’ fiancee Lauren Sanchez.

Also on board the capsule was morning show icon Gayle King, ex-NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen and film producer Kerianne Flynn.

As it prepared to land during its 11-minute journey, Katy waved a daisy flower around in space in a nod to her offspring, with the scenes captured in a new video.

She was seen holding the flower when she exited the capsule and kissed the earth, and was met by a shout of “mama” from her little one.

Katy, who has penned a track called Daisies, also explained she carried it with her into space because daisies are “strong,” “powerful” and “resilient” flowers.

The singer said the space mission was “the highest high” — and promised to create a song inspired by the trip.

It was later revealed that she sang the “What a Wonderful World” in space.

The iconic song, first recorded by American trumpet player and singer Louis Armstrong, was belted out by the Teenage Dream star during the journey.

Speaking after the mission she said she ranked the space flight “second to being a mom.”

The chart star added: “That’s why it was hard for me to go, because that’s all my love right there.

“I have to surrender and trust that the universe is going to take care of me and protect me and also my family and my daughter.

“To go to space is incredible and I wanted to model courage and worthiness and fearlessness.”

Katy previously revealed her new spacesuit after she vowed to put the “a** in astronaut.”

The blue flight suits, designed by Sánchez in collaboration with luxury fashion duo Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim of Monse, were revealed by Katy on Instagram.

Katy even compiled a launch playlist — including David Bowie, Nicki Minaj, the B-52s, and one of her own songs.

SPACE MISSION

The group flew in Bezos’ own Blue Origin New Shepard NS-31 ship and soared past the Kármán line – the internationally recognised boundary of space.

They blasted off from West Texas as part of a history-making, 11-minute flight set to be the first all-female space trip since 1963.

The women on board even passed a “pink moon” as part of the first all-female spaceflight in over 60 years.

The women spent three minutes in pure weightlessness before the craft safely parachuted back down and landed in Texas.

The total mission time was just 10 minutes and 21 seconds.

It also marked the 11th human mission for the New Shepard program, which has now flown 52 people — including repeat flyers — to space.
