KANYE West has lawyered up and denied claims from his ex-security guard that he was forced to sleep in freezing conditions outdoors during a 24/7 job watching his Malibu home.
Tony Saxon filed the explosive lawsuit against the artist known as Ye back in September in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

In an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun, Saxon said he was left alone in the open-air structure that Kanye wanted to turn into an off-the-grid bunker.
Saxon claims he was the only one with keys after Kanye fired his other security staff, and that he was “exhausted” from doing numerous jobs and had to sleep on the floor on a makeshift bed.
He further alleged that he injured his back and the star wouldn’t let him take time off to recover.
“I was injured on site. I’m still injured. I’m still hurt. I’m never going back to that particular line of work, in any capacity, ever again, because I can’t physically,” he claimed.
He is suing Kanye for hazardous working conditions, unlawful wage withholding, and wrongful termination.
New court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun show Kanye has hired London Meservy of Meservy Law, P.C., a top attorney in San Diego who has been repeatedly recognized as a SuperLawyer.
Kanye’s counsel has filed a nine-page response to the complaint as Saxon claims he is owed $1 million in unpaid wages and damages.
It reads: “Defendant denies generally and specifically each and every allegation contained in the complaint, and each and every purported cause of action contained in the complaint and specifically denies that Plaintiff has sustained any injury, damage, or loss by reason of any act, omission or breach by Defendant and denies that Plaintiff is entitled to any or all of the relief requested in the complaint.”

EMPLOYEE SACKED
Judge Serena R. Murillo has been assigned to the case with a management hearing set for January 2024.
Saxon, whom attorney Ronald Zambrano is representing, claimed in the complaint that he worked for the performer for two months to November 2021.
According to the lawsuit, Kanye promised to pay him $20,000 a week for taking on numerous jobs but has yet to fully pay up.

He also claimed he regularly worked 16-hour days and often more – while a photo obtained by The U.S. Sun showed his makeshift bed on the floor of the property.
He claimed Kanye’s next-door neighbors had a full view into the home, especially on the north side, and took pity on him and brought him food and blankets.
WILD CLAIMS
He added that Kanye’s lucky no one died during the dangerous demolition at the structure.
Ye allegedly sacked him for refusing to bring large power generators into the home on safety grounds as the star wanted to create a “bomb shelter” and remove all of the windows.
“I said ‘Are you trying to kill me? Are you trying to kill everyone that works here?'” Saxon also told Sky News.
“He told me, ‘If you don’t listen to me, then you’re an enemy. You’re a Clinton, you’re a Kardashian, and I’m not going to be your friend anymore.
“I’m not going to give you an opportunity anymore.'”
The U.S. Sun previously published photos of the gutted Tadao Ando-designed mansion purchased by Kanye in 2021 that’s now left to rot.
Inside, a collapsed wall can be seen, and the property no longer has any windows or doors.
It mainly consists of concrete, foundation, and debris.
Kanye left LA some months ago and has spent time traveling around Italy and the Middle East, while sources say he is now on a “break” from Bianca Censori.
He has spent weeks in a five-star desert paradise in Saudi Arabia recording new music during the break from his second wife.
The 46-year-old rapper is working on material with collaborator Ty Dollar $ign, and has already released the track Vultures.
