JULIANNE Hough has flaunted her incredible figure in a teeny tiny white bikini amid a concerning post.
The Dancing With The Stars host took to her Instagram Stories as she showed off her outfit of the day.
In the mirror selfie, the hostess posed inside the living room of her $2million mansion in Los Angeles.
Julianne, 35, donned an adorable blue jumpsuit with symbols of white lightning bolts and matching sockss.
The ABC star covered her blond hair with the blue hoodie.
“Sometimes you just need to release some tears and create some space from whatever tension or build-up has been in the body,” Julianne captioned the post.
“In order to see the blue sky and warm sunshine on the other side, you gotta walk through the fire of what can often feel overwhelming and daunting.”
“List is complicated and beautiful – and I’m here to embrace it all!” she concluded.
Julianne’s emotional post came after she shared a steamy image of herself dancing on the beach.
GETTING INTO THE GROOV
On Wednesday, the professional dancer uploaded a short Reel to her social media feed.
Julianne kickstarted the dancing video with an image of herself modeling a white bikini top and net mesh shawl.
She raised her arms up in the air like she did not have a care in the world.
The dancer kicked her long, bare legs during her stroll.
Julianne closed her eyes as she smiled as she smiled at the camera.
She also included clips of herself dancing in her car, spending time with her friends in bed during an all-girls night, and modeling her workout clothes in a huge rehearsal space.
Derek Hough’s sister also included an intimate clip of herself as she ditched the makeup and shook her hips in front of a mirror.
While teasing her bikini frame, the room in the background had scattered luggage and clothes.
The 35-year-old star opted for a skintight, black swimsuit with intricate string detailing on the neck and chest.
“Not, not dancing,” she jokingly wrote.
In most of the clips, the TV star had long, flowing blond hair.

Julianne has recently chopped off her long locks and shown off her shorter hairdo online.
In early January, the TV star rocked her new look at a pre-Emmys event.
In the photo collection, Julianne modeled a silver corset underneath her sheer polka-dot dress.
She strutted across her living room floor in strappy silver heels.
