Randolph was asleep when she passed after her health had been slowly declining in recent years due to old age, per TMZ.
Her son told the outlet that she was under hospice care around the time of her death and was unable to walk.
The 99-year-old was beloved for her role in The Honeymooners, considered one of the greatest American sitcoms.
She appeared as Trixie Norton when the show premiered on CBS in 1955 and was seen throughout all 39 episodes until 1956.

Randolph played the wife of Ed Norton (Art Carney) in the series, and the couple was best friends with their neighbors, Ralph (Jackie Gleason) and Alice Kramden (Audrey Meadows).
Despite The Honeymooners being a hit among audiences at the time, the praise seemingly didn’t last, as it soon dropped off the top of the charts and was canceled.
It was said that Randolph got her big break on the series after Gleason spotted her in a chewing gum ad.
While the first iteration remains a classic, the series was brought back in the 1970s in several reboot attempts with some of the original cast.
There was a Valentine’s Day special, a Christmas special, and several others.
A variation of The Honeymooners was also made into a film in 2005, with Regina Hall taking on the role of Trixie Norton and Mike Epps as Ed Norton, respectively.
In January 2022, it was announced that a reboot of the series would be happening again, per The Hollywood Reporter.
CBS Studios said at the time that Daman Wayans Jr. would be taking the helm as executive producer alongside Black-ish showrunner Lindsey Shockley to adapt the series into “a bold, female-driven reboot.”
A description of the story describes a “new wife, Ruth, and her husband, Alex, who are determined to have a marriage where they are true equals in every way. But what happens when a marriage has two heads of the household? Are they co-heads? Or no head at all?”
It’s unclear what the current status of the reboot is.
The new take comes after a failed 2016 reboot attempt from producers Sarah Timberman, Carl Beverly, and writer Bob Cushell.
It reportedly never made it past production.
Although many felt the reboots never captured the spark from the original, of which Randolph was the last surviving cast member.
She also starred in 79 episodes of The Jackie Gleason Show throughout the 1950s and made brief appearances in 1964’s The Doctors and the Nurses.
Her final role was a small part in 2000’s Everything’s Jake.
Randy said that his mother would be cremated and requested that flower donations be sent to the Entertainment Community Relief Fund.
