JESSICA Biel and her son Silas, 9, have made a rare public appearance together at the US Open.
The 42-year-old actress shares two kids with her husband Justin Timberlake: Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4.
Stepping out with her eldest son, Jessica looked glamorous while sitting next to Silas as they watched the tennis together on their mommy and son day out.
Jessica looked chic in an all-cream ensemble, with her bobbed hair styled straight and sleek, and brushing her shoulders.
The outfit she wore comprised of a cream top with a cream blazer and patching trousers. She then accessorized with some cream shoes and a black bag.
Meanwhile, Silas wore some gray trousers with a long-sleeved striped top in blue and green colors.
Silas had his brown hair styled to the side and rocked some navy blue sneakers with his outfit.
In the snaps, Silas held onto his mom’s hand as they walked into the venue to watch the US Open together.
The mom and son duo’s appearance came shortly after Justin looked tense in his virtual appearance to court earlier this month.
Justin’s court appearance followed on from when he was banned from driving in New York after his arrest for a DWI in June.
On August 2, the N*SYNC singer pleaded not guilty to his misdemeanor charge via video link at the hearing on Long Island in New York.
Sag Harbor Village Justice Carl Irace suspended Justin’s permission to drive during the hearing after the week prior saw his arraignment get rescheduled due to a paperwork issue.
Irace then slammed Justin’s attorney, Ed Burke Jr., for his comments outside of court. “It comes off as an attempt to poison the case before it even begins,” the judge said.
Burke, who has now withdrawn his previous motion to dismiss the case, told The U.S. Sun last Friday that the arrest should’ve never happened in the first place.
“The most important fact to know about this case is that Justin was not intoxicated and should not have been arrested for DWI,” Burke said.
“The police made a number of very significant errors in this case.”
Burke dished that Justin “cooperated with the police officers at all times and treated them with the respect they deserve” during the arrest.
“He also respects the entire judicial process including the District Attorney and Judge who were in court today,” he added.
DWI DRAMA IN JUNE
Justin was involved in the DWI arrest back in June when he appeared in court on June 18.
It was reported the star, 43, had gone to meet friends at a hotel on the night of the incident in Sag Harbor.
At around 12:30am, it was then said he got back in his car to drive back to his residence. It’s then he was reportedly pulled over as he started driving.
A source told MailOnline at the time: “Justin was out to dinner with friends and there were cop cars stationed outside the restaurant, like there are most nights. They look for people who are leaving after midnight who might have been drinking.”
