JERSEY Shore star Angelina Pivarnick has been struggling to sell her New Jersey home, and has just slashed the price by $100,000 after buying her new megamansion.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that Angelina is currently the owner of not one but two large mansions in New Jersey, after she bought her new $3 million property in February.
The problem is, it doesn’t seem she planned it that way.
The reality star has yet to unload her previous home, which she initially listed for $1.8 million in April, but has since reduced the price to $1.7 million earlier this month after failing to secure a buyer.
The 38-year-old MTV star purchased her previous home for $1.3 million, so it seems she has been expecting to make a nice profit, though that profit margin is getting smaller.
The Jersey Shore star’s last mansion in Freehold is slightly smaller than her expansive and about twice as expensive as her new New Jersey abode.
Her mansion, currently listed for sale, features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
INSIDE THE HOME ANGELINA IS SELLING
As the U.S. Sun first reported, back when Angelina purchased the property in 2021, the 5,609-square-foot home is situated on a 1.19-acre lot.
The entryway, where police were greeted after the star got into an altercation with her ex, Vinny Tortorella, features elegant tile flooring and a stunning butterfly staircase.
On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with a marble fireplace, hardwood floors, and a spacious office.
The gourmet kitchen includes a center island with seating, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a range of top-tier amenities.

The dining area opens up to the expansive and “professionally landscaped” backyard.
This “private oasis” boasts a heated in-ground pool and spa, a KOI pond with dual waterfalls, and more luxurious features.
Upstairs, the owner’s suite includes a generous sitting area, two walk-in closets, and a tiled bathroom complete with a soaking tub.
Additionally, each bedroom comes with its own attached bathroom and “ample closet space.”
ANGELINA’S NEW DIGS
Her new home, however, boasts and additional two bedrooms, and the lot is sits on is nearly three times the size of her old home.
Earlier this week, The U.S. Sun exclusively reported the news that Angelina made the jaw-dropping $3 million purchase back in February.
The property sits on a 3-acre plot, with the home itself spreading nearly 5,500 square feet.
Upon entering Angelina’s home, guests are greeted by a stunning winding staircase leading to the upper level, with both floors featuring soaring 9-foot-high ceilings.
The house boasts an impressive six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a spacious finished basement, a living room, a dining room, and an extra-large, sun-filled family room with expansive windows.
The MTV star’s primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and a massive walk-in closet featuring window-paneled doors.
The basement offers a variety of amenities, including a large wine cellar, a wet bar, space for an in-home gym with glass-paneled walls, and a fully equipped movie theater.
Outside, the property features an expansive backyard complete with a gorgeous step-in pool, an in-ground hot tub, a pool house, and a cozy fire pit.
Earlier this month, Angelina shared an Instagram video showing movers helping her pack up her old home.
ANGELINA FLYING SOLO
The 38-year-old will have the new home all to herself after ending her engagement to Vinny last year.
The reality star confirmed the split during an episode of Jersey Shore Family Reunion, which aired on January 23.
Angelina and Vinny began dating in February 2022 and got engaged in New Orleans in November of the same year while filming Jersey Shore Family Vacation.
However, the engagement wasn’t publicly confirmed until April 2023 when the episode aired.
Before her relationship with Vinny, Angelina was married to Chris Larangeira.
