JERSEY Shore star Vinny Guadagnino has shown off the jaw-dropping results of the gym part of his Gym, Tan, Laundry mantra.
The Jersey Shore alum has documented his stunning weight loss transformation, sharing tips for others who want to shed some pounds.

Vinny first rose to fame alongside Nicole (Snooki) Polizzi, Angelina Pivarnick, and Pauly D on the MTV reality series.
The 35-year-old has managed to keep his profile high since the show and its many spin-offs ended.
As well as previously having his own MTV talk show, Vinny competed on The Masked Dancer in 2021 as Hammerhead.
The following year he took part in Dancing With The Stars and finished in seventh place.
Vinny will be the first to admit he wouldn’t have been able to do such strenuous dancing competitions without first getting in shape.
In a series of revealing posts online, the now-svelte Vinny confessed that he has always struggled with his weight.
He shared a before and after image, after he shifted the pounds and got ripped, thanks to the Keto diet.

Getting personal, Vinny confessed to a lifetime of yo-yo dieting.
“I was my biggest during the years I was off TV,” he explained in the post. “So a lot of people didn’t realize.”
Vinny said much of his downfall was due to him being an “Italian foodie” who just loves a good meal.
“My genetics make me gain weight easily especially to high sugar/carb food.

“That being said I believe calories also matter.
“If you eat a surplus of calories a week you will gain weight and if you eat less calories than you burn you will usually lose weight,” he said.
He went on to explain more about his philosophy on weight loss.
“So if you figure out how many calories you need to eat a day and be in a deficit, you will lose weight.
“The question is, what types of foods are those calories made up of? Are you high carb/low fat? High protein / low fat?” he asked.

Vinny put his thin body on full display when he starred as a Chippendales dancer.
Vinny has been open about his work for Chippendales, as it has been a popular topic among him and his friends on the MTV show.
He showed off some of his style when his co-stars attended his opening night at Chippendales in Las Vegas during a 2019 episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
He even credited being a “Chippendales stripper” for the moves he used on The Masked Dancer.
After his identity was revealed, the 33-year-old reality star said: “The Hammerhead is not who I am in real life at all so I got to go crazy with the anonymity and live it up.
“I occasionally have a residency as a stripper at Chippendales in Las Vegas which explained the Vegas clue. I’m just a hostess though!”
