The death of Mary-Brian Clarke at 24, girlfriend of late fashion model Jeremy Ruehlemann, has saddened the industry.

Mary was a fashion model who was born on May 21, 1998. According to the obituary posted by her family, she was making bold steps in the fashion industry.
She studied at St. Gregory and TK Gorman Catholic Schools in Tyler and later attended Memorial High School in Houston. In her free time, she loved playing tennis.
Her family added that she was “becoming a talented influence in the fashion industry” and collaborated with the likes of TIBI, Elizabeth Bensinger, and MadHappy.
She was also a keen Instagram user, having amassed a loyal fan base of over 4,500 followers.

In the obituary, her family wrote “angels in heaven will certainly benefit from her sense of style and fashion” after announcing Mary’s sudden passing.
“Arriving at the gates of heaven in one of many pairs of unique sunglasses, more rings than her fingers could hold, and either a furry jacket or hat and a one-of-a-kind pair of trendy sneakers, and that magnificent smile that was a magnet for all,” they continued.
“Mary-Brian will always be remembered by her contagious laugh, her witty sense of humor and her unique ability to connect with others,” her family added. “She was a light to everyone who knew her which came from her belief in the good of others.”
Mary is survived by her parents Resa and Brian Clarke, and her siblings Abby, Hanna and Jack.
Her boyfriend Jeremy died in January
The devastating news comes after her boyfriend and fellow model Jeremy died at the age of 27 in January this year.
During his modeling career, he took part in high-profile photoshoots and traveled across the globe. He was represented by the talent agencies Soul NYC, Core Hamburg, Next Models, IMM Brussels, and The Mgmt Sydney.
His personal Instagram account indicated that he had worked with several major brands, including Super Dry, Ralph Lauren, and Zara.
Jeremy was a close friend of American fashion designer Christian Siriano and they often worked together on different modeling projects.
