VEGAS BABY!
The U.S. Sun previously reported Blake got his liquor and food licenses from the State of Nevada just in time for the Ole Red, Las Vegas, grand opening date.
According to documents obtained by The U.S. Sun from the Clark County Business License office, Ole Red has been granted two licenses.
After several weeks of the two licenses being posted with the status of “pending,” Ole Red has now officially been granted two “temporary licenses.”
The first license is for food and restaurant services and the second is the liquor license.
Both are essential for Blake to continue to maintain in order to run a restaurant venue.
BIG DAY
Ole Red, Las Vegas, opened on Monday, January 15.
The bar’s Instagram account posted footage from inside of its opening event.
A live country band played on the main stage as attendees sat in tables across all three levels enjoying bites and beverages during the performance.
Over the weekend, the same Instagram account shared several inside looks at the new location.
The mural art in the stairway gave a nod to the other four open locations.
A road sign was painted on the mural indicating how many miles away the other locations are from Las Vegas.
The account also shared photos of the completed look at the interior and exterior of the final product.
BLAKE FLAKES
Blake appeared to abandon another one of his businesses to focus all of his energy on growing the Ole Red franchise.
The U.S. Sun reported the hitmaker appeared to abandon his hunting apparel business as the trademark for Blake Shelton Hunting Club has expired.
Blake filed the initial trademark for Blake Shelton Hunting Club in September 2019.
The trademark outlined plans to create clothing, sports bags, merchandise, and more for the brand.
He used the business for some time and a handful of Blake Shelton Hunting Club camo-print baseball caps are on sale on the web.
Records do not indicate Blake has applied to renew the trademark.
Ole Red’s trademark was initially filed in February 2017, so it has been in business for much longer.
Blake left his red chair on The Voice last year but has kept busy with performances and his Ole Red business.
BLAKE’S TOUR & MORE
Along with his new opening, Blake has also been focused on other business ventures since stepping down from his longtime coaching position on The Voice last year.
The country music star announced he will be performing at a rodeo show in Houston, Texas, on February 27.
Blake is also getting ready for his Back to the Honky Tonk National Tour that kicks off in February, making stops all over the country.
Aside from performing, Blake is busy producing and hosting his bar-themed celebrity game show, Barmageddon.
In the meantime, his famous wife, Gwen Stefani, has been focusing on her beauty business back at home.
Gwen recently filed a trademark for a new pop-up beauty store for her cosmetics line, GXVE Beauty, and is planning to open a GS Beauty Bar.
