Paul shocked fellow diners as he stopped in to the Los Angeles-based burger institution.
The 56-year-old, who won earlier for his role in The Holdovers, had no reservations about sitting at a table inside the restaurant still fully dressed in his tuxedo.
And he plopped his brand new Golden Globe right on the table as he dined.
His newly confirmed girlfriend, actress Clara Wong, also shared a photo of Paul proudly posing outside the Westwood location.
Online, fans tweeted their approval of Paul’s post-game feast.
“Paul Giamatti keeping it real post his Golden Globes win last night,” one person tweeted.”
Another admitted they were, “Obsessed with Paul Giamatti bringing his golden globe to an In-N-Out.”
While a third gushed, “And here I thought I couldn’t love Paul Giamatti more. I’m a fool.”
And one person compared the meal to one Paul’s character from the wine-centric comedy Sideways might enjoy: “One thing we know for sure… he is not having any merlot with that burger.”
BIG WINNER
Paul beat out fellow talented actors including Nicholas Cage, Matt Damon and Timothee Chalamet.
But Timothee did not leave empty-handed, heading home with girlfriend Kylie Jenner after the duo put on quite a display of affection at the Globes.
However, the new it couple did not walk the red carpet together as the Wonka nominee posed for photographers solo.
Timothee looked dapper in a shiny black ensemble.
He left his black button-up shirt open at the top while donning a sequined jacket, and matched the look with black pants and a necklace.
Meanwhile, Kylie, 26, seemed to be slightly matching him in a lacy black gown.
The Kardashians star had her hair tied in a bun while leaving a few strands down on her face.
In a blink-and-you-‘ll-miss-it moment, the cameras caught the couple sharing a tender kiss before quickly changing the view – despite several break-up rumors.
PARTY DOWN
While Paul kept it casual, other big celebs went all out at fancy post-parties.
Margot Robbie and Jennifer Lawrence were among the stars letting their hair down at a wild Netflix shindig.
Margot could be seen smiling widely after she was escorted into the wild party by security, who led her by the arm.
She changed her outfit for the party at Château Marmont, California.
The Barbie star donned a skin-tight black bedazzled dress that clung to her body.
She seemed to be attempting to focus on her walking, as she kept her eyes fixed firmly on her feet.
Jennifer was also pictured leaving the event alongside her husband, Cooke Maroney.
She wore a tight orange velvet dress with a patterned fur jacket over her shoulders.
While she walked into the event hand-in-hand with her partner, the star was pictured in the car beforehand looking seemingly agitated.
