Tottenham Hotspur have one eye on Thomas Frank but the Brentford boss would need something truly ‘unique’ to leave the club.
It’s looking increasingly likely that Tottenham will be looking for a new manager once again this summer.
Antonio Conte’s time at Tottenham seems to be coming to an end and a return to Italy is expected at this point.
Tottenham have never really recovered from sacking Mauricio Pochettino and the Argentinian has been linked with a return to Spurs.
Tottenham will be looking elsewhere as well though, no doubt desperate to find a manager who ticks a number of boxes.
Playing a more attractive brand of football would be appreciated, as would not constantly hinting about leaving the club every few months.

Tottenham Hotspur have noticed Thomas Frank
One name that appears to be on the Tottenham radar is Thomas Frank.
The Athletic claim that Frank’s truly exceptional work at Brentford ‘has not gone unnoticed’ at Tottenham.
The Dane appears to be on Tottenham’s wish list though whether they will actually make a move for him remains to be seen.
Frank took the surprise move to become Brentford assistant back in 2016 having previously been Brondby manager.
Come 2018 though, Frank was promoted to Brentford manager and that move has been an absolute masterstroke.

The 49-year-old has now opened up on his future and it sounds like he isn’t desperate to leave Brentford.
Frank has told Tipsbladet in his native Denmark that he wanted to manage in the Premier League and has made it happen.
Frank added that he has thought about trying to get a bigger Premier League job but now feels it would take something ‘unique’ to prise him away from Brentford.
Tottenham may well fit that bill but Frank made it clear that he is happy at Brentford right now.
“It is clear that when we come over here, I think: ‘Okay, it could be nice to try coaching in the Premier League’. It has happened, and now I am here. And then I thought at one point: ‘Hmm, if you could get another Premier League job maybe’… but on the other hand, I’m like: ‘Will it make me happier?’ I’m not sure, because this is a super cool place with lots of challenges yet. So, I’m a little doubtful about that. I want to say that if I have to leave here, it has to be a unique opportunity,” he added.
