In an interview for GQ’s Creative Issue, Hunter Schafer revealed she was romantically involved with Spanish singer Rosalía in 2019.
“It’s been so much speculation for so long,” she said.
“Part of us just wants to get it over with, and then another part is like, ‘It’s none of anybody’s f*cking business!’ It’s something I’m happy to share. And I think she feels that way too.”
She revealed the two dated for about five months and since then, the pair have remained close.
Speaking on her friendship with the Bizcochito singer, Hunter said: “I have really beautiful friendships with people that I was once romantically involved with.
“She’s family no matter what.”
Dominic Fike
Years after dating Rosalía, Hunter was famously linked to her Euphoria costar Dominic Fike.
The two met while on the set of the hit show in 2021 and began dating in February 2022.

Rumors of the two dating began to circulate in January of that year, before Dominic took to Instagram to share a photo of the two sharing a kiss.
The two were dating for more than a year before splitting in July 2023.
Speaking to the Los Angeles Times, Dominic confirmed the breakup saying he needed to be “alone for a while” and was “done being in relationships right now.”
He went on to say: “I think it’ll be fine. We’re all adults, kind of. I’m trying.”

Hunter Schafer is most famously known for her role as Jules Vaughn in the HBO TV series Euphoria.

In her interview with GQ, Hunter revealed, moving forward, she doesn’t want to play Trans roles.
“I’ve gotten offered tons of trans roles, and I just don’t want to do it. I don’t want to talk about it,” she told the outlet.
“I know for a fact that I’m one of the most famous trans people in media right now, and I do feel a sense of responsibility, and maybe a little bit of guilt, for not being more of a spokesperson.
“But ultimately, I really do believe that not making it the centerpiece to what I’m doing will allow me to get further.”
She mentioned she’s “sick of talking about it.”
“I worked so hard to get to where I am, past these really hard points in my transition, and now I just want to be a girl and finally move on,” Hunter said.
When is Euphoria season 3 coming out?
Due to the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike, and the unfortunate death of Euphoria star Angus Cloud, production for Euphoria had been put on hold multiple times.
On November 2, 2023, HBO’s CEO Casey Bloys announced the third season is slated to premiere in 2025 in a press release.
However, on March 25, 2024, HBO revealed that production for the show would take longer than anticipated as it had been “temporarily put on hold.”
According to Deadline, filming is set to begin in a couple of months; however, cast members have been released to pursue other gigs.
“HBO and Sam Levinson remain committed to making an exceptional third season, the network said in a statement.
“In the interim, we are allowing our in-demand cast to pursue other opportunities.”
