HULK Hogan’s son, Nick Hogan, has been arrested for driving under the influence.
The 33-year-old was stopped by police a little before 4am Saturday morning in Clearwater, Flordia, according to TMZ.

Nick was stopped because police believed he was intoxicated.
The former reality television star did not agree to take a field sobriety test.
It’s not clear what the circumstances surrounding the arrest are, but the alleged infraction is being seen as a misdemeanor.
Nick posed for a mugshot while in custody, and as of Saturday afternoon, he has not been released, according to the outlet.
The U.S. Sun reached out to Nick and Hulk’s reps but did not hear back.
This isn’t the first time he has been in legal trouble in Clearwater, the first time was in 2007.
Nick was driving with his friend John Graziano when he got into a terrifying car accident.
John was left with a serious brain injury from the crash, and his family sued the Hogans who settled out of court.
At the time, Nick was only 17 years old, but he pleaded no contest to reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.
He ended up serving eight months behind bars.

On Friday, Nick shared a promotional video on his Instagram Feed for Hogan’s Hangout.
Hogan’s Hangout is a restaurant and bar in Clearwater that is owned by the Hogans.

Friday night, the establishment held a bikini contest that allowed the contestants to win up to $3,000.
The video shared on Nick’s social media featured his father Hulk, 70, talking about the upcoming contest in his iconic rough voice.
He said: “Tonight’s the night in Hogan’s Hangout, five grand on the line!”
He continued: “Best looking women in the world coming to Hogans to guess what? To hang out brother! With me!”

Toward the end of his speech, Hulk looked at a member of the audience and said: “I guess because when you guys were getting married, you handed her your bouquet. That makes her next.
“And her birthday was last Thursday and I asked Sky to marry me and she was crazy enough to say yes, brother.”
