The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal how much each person received from the sale.
According to property records, one of the 2.42-acre plots Kody and Robyn share ownership of sold for $305,000 on April 14, 2025.
Meri and Janelle own 50 percent each of the second 2.42-acre plot that sold for the listing price of $305,000.
The third parcel of land that is 4.48 acres sold for $400,000 on April 14.
Kody and Robyn own 50 percent of the property, while Meri and Janelle own 25 percent.
The final parcel of land sold for the list price of $490,000.
For the 5.16-acre parcel, Kody and Robyn share 50 percent, and Janelle and Meri have 25 percent interest each.
Kody, Robyn, Janelle and Meri each earned $375,000 from the sale.
According to the Warranty Deed obtained by The U.S. Sun, the Browns sold the property to a man and woman from Scottsdale, Arizona.
The buyers gave the Browns a cash down payment of $1,500,000 for the vacant land.
LAND FEUD
The U.S. Sun previously reported the parcels were transferred to fairly divide the property ahead of the sale.
Two of the parcels of land were transferred from Kody and Robyn to Kody, Robyn, Janelle and Meri on March 27, 2025.
As for the third parcel, Kody and Janelle transferred the land in Janelle and Meri’s names.
The final parcel remained in just Kody and Robyn’s name.
The U.S. Sun previously reported Kody’s third wife Christine signed over the parcel in her name to Kody and Robyn for just $10 on July 28, 2022, as she did not receive profit from the sale.
FEUD OVER LAND
In the most recent season of Sister Wives, which returns on April 20, Kody has been at war with Janelle and Meri over the land.
Janelle said in her confessional, “Meri and I don’t know what’s going on. So of course we’re frustrated. We’re completely in the dark. There is no communication, nothing.”
Janelle threatened to get a lawyer to make sure the property is fairly divided.
Kody said he wants to “sell the whole lot” and “get out of here.”
He continued, “Janelle suggested I buy her out, I was like, ‘How?’ I don’t have that kind of money.’”
Kody claimed, “I paid for the entire lot myself. When I sell, I’m going to divide the money four ways. My wife, me and the two exes.
“I think they’re worried whether I’m going to be fair or not, because divorce takes away the trust. But I will.
“Now that they moved away, all they are interested in is getting the money. I’m sorry ladies but you left me here holding the bag and I don’t know what to do with it.”
Though Kody blamed financial issues for stalling the building of the homes on Coyote Pass, he purchased a $890,000 mansion with Robyn and their five children in August 2019.
The parents of five sold the home and upgraded, purchasing a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Flagstaff, Arizona for $2,100,000 on October 24, 2024.

FAMILY BREAKDOWN
Fans have watched the break down of the Brown family, as Kody separated from three of his four wives.
Christine was the first to announce her split from Kody in November 2021.

They married in October 2023.

Then, Janelle announced her split from Kody on Sister Wives: One on One in January 2023.
The couple also fought over Kody living primarily with Robyn, and his feud with their sons over his strict Covid rules.
Meri announced her split from Kody soon after, following years of marital troubles.
Kody, who is a father of 18, still remains legally married to Robyn today.
