This includes the highly-anticipated anime adaptation of Skip and Loafer; a beloved manga series that certainly has the potential to become the slice-of-life anime of the slate for many fans.
So, what is Skip and Loafer about, how can you stream the anime online, and when will new episodes release around the world?
What is Skip and Loafer about?
Skip and Loafer (also referred to as Skip to Loafer), is an upcoming slice-of-life romantic comedy anime from Studio P.A. Works (Angel Beats, Ya Boy Kongming!), adapting Misaki Takamatsu’s original manga series.
Skip and Loafer will tell the story of Mitsumi Iwakura, an ambitious girl from a small rural town who dreams of attending a prestigious university in Tokyo. She prepares, prepares, and prepares more for the challenges that await her, but she struggles to adapt to life in a big city when she transfers schools.
As she starts to slip into a downward spiral from being constantly overwhelmed, she meets a handsome classmate called Sousuke Shima He is as laid-back as Mitsumi is over-prepared, but the two begin an unlikely friendship – can this dynamic duo really conquer Tokyo?
The Crunchyroll tagline for the new anime series reads, “A country mouse enters a top-tier Tokyo high school and learns the new life of the city!”

Skip and Loafer release date, time and streaming
Skip and Loafer is scheduled to premiere around the world on Tuesday, April 4.
New episodes from the Skip and Loafer anime will release for OTT streaming via Crunchyroll at the following international times:

- Eastern Time – 11:30 AM
- British Time – 4:30 PM
- European Time – 5:30 PM
- India Time – 9 PM
- Philippine Time – 11:30 PM
- Australia Eastern Standard Time – 1:30 AM
