Tony Cascarino says West Ham United-linked manager Will Still has done ‘brilliantly’ at Stade de Reims, but he is ‘a long way off’ the England job.
The 30-year-old has become a household name of late, after his performances from the touchline for European-chasing, Stade de Reims in France.
Will Still was unbeaten in his first 18 Ligue 1 games, after taking charge prior to the 2022 World Cup, but before the International break, that was ended by Marseille.

That run and rise from the boyhood West Ham United fan has gained a lot of attention in his homeland of England.
Some have even asked if he could become the West Ham United manager amid the pressure on David Moyes, with Reims president Jean-Pierre Caillot hoping he doesn’t take that job.
When the suggestion of replacing England boss Gareth Southgate was brought up, former striker Tony Cascarino brushed that off, as he told talkSPORT.
“Will Still is doing very well, at the moment,” said Cascarino. “They have been doing okay in the French Ligue 1.

“I think that’s a long way off (England job), don’t you?! It’s a long way off. He has done brilliantly out there.”

PRESSURE ON MOYES
Will Still is a name to look out for in years to come and he should continue to build his game in France.
But that doesn’t hide the pressure and noise around Moyes after a big-spending summer has resulted in the team now fighting relegation.
The Hammers are still in Europe and they have every chance of winning the European Conference League.
Perhaps that could save West Ham’s season and possibly end any talk of Moyes leaving in the summer, even if they survive by the skin of their teeth.
