Chris Sutton has said on BBC Radio 5 Live (7:50pm, February 27, 2023) that Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min has not had a great season so far.
The former Chelsea striker and BBC Sport pundit believes that Tottenham and South Korea international forward Son is not having the best of times at the moment.

Sutton said: “They have got things in their favour. The fact that Son hasn’t had a great season, and Micah (Richards) touched on Kulusevski, they have got Richarlison back, Son coming off the bench, it isn’t all that bad at Spurs.”
Staying positive
In our view, Tottenham Hotspur fans should stay positive about Son Heung-min.
Yes, the £192,000-a-week (SalarySport) forward is not doing so well at the moment, but we all know what Son is capable of.
The 30-year-old has been brilliant for Tottenham over the years and has scored goals for fun.
The former Bayer Leverkusen forward has scored 98 goals and created 58 big chances in 255 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.

So far this season, Son has made 20 starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for Spurs.
The forward has scored five goals and given three assists in those matches.
Son has also scored two goals in seven UEFA Champions League matches and has found the back of the net twice in two FA Cup ties for Antonio Conte’s side so far this campaign.
Tottenham are well placed to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season.
And the North London club could still get through in the UEFA Champions League.
Even though Son is not having a good season, it seems that Tottenham are not really doing that badly.
