The Little Mermaid star was captured in a festive clip on Snapchat, and fans all agreed that one detail “proved” she’d welcomed a baby.

In the clip, Halle, 23, sat and made Christmas cookies with her boyfriend, rapper and YouTuber DDG.
While DDG wore a Santa hat and a white tee, Halle wore colorful pajamas, with full glam makeup and intricately braided hair.
However, fans honed in on the moment the film star rose from her seat to get a spatula, noting how she stood very slowly and grabbed the table for support.
After The Shade Room shared the clip on Instagram, one fan said: “She had to get up slow! She just had that baby lol I know that slow get up.”

A second agreed: “Oh yea even by the way she got up.. she JUST had that baby.”
“Slid off that chair like a new mom, congratulations,” wrote a third social media user.
A fourth claimed: “They just low-key revealed that the baby is here LOL. Congratulations!”
Another fan joked: “She spent nine months hiding her stomach, and it all came to an end baking some cookies.”
HIDING SOMETHING?
Fans first started speculating that Halle was pregnant after noticing that she’d ditched her usual figure-baring outfits.
At the MTV VMAs in September, Halle stunned in an orange gown that fell over her body in a single sheath, completely concealing her shape.

After Halle posted pics of the outfit on Instagram, fans shared their pregnancy theories in the comments, with one writing: “Looks gorgeous but definitely hiding that belly.”
Fueling rumors even further, an insider at the VMAs told Page Six: “Halle stayed away from the pink carpet so she would not be photographed, and when she was inside, she was very mindful in the way she gave hugs, and who she gave them to.”
Another source revealed that the “orange dress flow was an indicator she was trying to hide.”
They added: “She would keep her distance when someone got too close, and she gave out more handshakes than her [usual] enduring embraces.”

Despite some fans thinking Halle has given birth, the star shared a selfie showing off her bare stomach at the gym just this week.
Halle has posted plenty of pics on Instagram revealing her full body with no bump, leading to lots of confusion among fans.
However, some fans suggested that she’s posting older pics in order to throw her followers off the scent.
“Damn I really thought she was pregnant,” one fan wrote, while another said: “This was probably shot months ago lol.”
One more said: “She’s pregnant just trying to throw us off.”
Meanwhile, others begged fellow fans to “mind their own business” and give Halle privacy.
