ACTRESS Halle Bailey has opened up about having anxiety on the red carpet amid rumors surrounding a potential pregnancy.
The Little Mermaid star took to her Snapchat Story after attending the world premiere of Beyonce’s film, Renaissance: A Film By Beyonce, on Saturday night.

The event took place in Beverly Hills, California at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater.
The actress shared two shots from the night – one of her alongside her boyfriend, DDG, 26, and a solo shot of her on the event’s sparkly red carpet.
In the photo, Halle, 23, opened up about how she overcame her anxiety about being photographed amid rumors that she may currently be pregnant.
“Honestly I was really proud of myself for going on the carpet last night I almost let my anxiety get the best of me and wasn’t gonna do it,” she said.

Halle added: “But I went with the people who love me, did it and had the best time !!”
She then joked about her “go-to” pose for the evening, which was her pouting at the camera while holding up two peace signs.
The singer also shared another adorable of her and her YouTuber boo looking at each other while holding hands in front of the silver curtain.
“Me and moo tryna figure out our pose,” she joked.
COVERING UP?
At the premiere, Halle was seen rocking a furry black jacket that was loose enough to cover her entire frame and hide her stomach.
She appeared to be pantsless as she posed for photos, matching the standout coat with a pair of knee-high, shimmery black boots that showed off her legs.
The singer accessorized with a diamond-studded choker and a few silver necklaces.

On her side, DDG complemented the actress in an all-black ensemble consisting of a leather jacket, cargo pants, and platform boots.
The concealed look and anxiety confession come as Halle and her boyfriend have been at the center of pregnancy rumors over the past few months.
Halle and DDG were first linked in January 2022 but didn’t officially confirm their relationship until a few months later.
In recent weeks, the actress has been sure to keep her stomach covered in most of the outfits she has been wearing as rumors have continued to swirl about a potential pregnancy.
The speculation began back in August when fans first shared a video compilation detailing their trail of clues that the star may be expecting.
The star has consistently been seen wearing baggy clothing, even opting for a loose-fitting gown at this year’s MTV VMAs and while attending Paris Fashion Week.
RED CARPET REALNESS
Halle fueled pregnancy speculation further at this year’s VMAs after a source revealed Halle did not want to appear on the event’s pink carpet.
Halle kept her stomach completely hidden in a baggy, floor-length orange gown, already leaving fans questioning if she was attempting to conceal a baby bump.
An insider then told Page Six: “Halle stayed away from the pink carpet so she would not be photographed, and when she was inside, she was very mindful in the way she gave hugs, and who she gave them to.”
Another source revealed that the “orange dress flow was an indicator she was trying to hide.”
They added: “She would keep her distance when someone got too close, and she gave out more handshakes than her [usual] enduring embraces.”
