GWEN Stefani has shocked fans in new video posted on Instagram where she appeared to look different.
Followers were surprised and claimed they didn’t recognize the three-time GRAMMY award winner, 54, in the video.

Fellow Voice judge Reba McEntire, 68, posted to celebrate 100million streams of her song, Fancy.
Her co-star Gwen dressed up in a body-hugging patch work dress and got in front of the camera.
She smiled and said: “Reba! It’s Gwen, oh my gosh!
“We are celebrating 100million streams of Fancy – what does that feel like? I am so excited for you, I love you, congratulations.”

Fans seemed shocked by her appearance, claiming she didn’t look like herself anymore.
One commenter wrote: “Congrats Ms. Reba but who the heck is that talking? That is not Gwen Stefani. What is going on out here? No one looks like themselves anymore.”
Another said: “She really needs to stop with the lip injections and the botox.”
Gwen rejoined the Voice in 2023 after her husband, Blake Shelton, 47, announced he’d be quitting the year before.

The country singer wrote on Instagram: “I’ve been wrestling with this for a while and I’ve decided that it’s time for me to step away from The Voice after next season.
“This show has changed my life in every way for the better, and it will always feel like home to me.”
He ended: “It’s been a hell of a ride over these 12 years of chair turns, and I want to thank everyone at The Voice from NBC, every producer, the writers, musicians, crew, and catering people, you are the best.”
Gwen returned to the show as a judge despite his departure.
The singer channeled her husband recently by pointing at her head while contestants were deciding who to pick – which was a signature move of Blake’s.
She posted a photo of the gesture on Instagram with the caption: “Blake Shelton taught me well!!” and added the hashtags, “Team Gwen,” and, “The Voice.”
One fan commented, “Team Gwen is a guarantee 10/10,” and another added: “TEAM SHELTONS FOR THE WIN!”
A third viewer posted: “VOICE KING AND QUEEN.”
Fans previously pleaded with Blake and Gwen to get their own reality TV show, after Gwen shared a video of them making a blackberry pie.
