Gerry, 72, has expressed his love for pickleball on the ABC reality series – and even hosted a Pickleball tournament as a group date.
In several new photos, the TV star was all smiles while enjoying the event at the Brookhaven Country Club – including Gerry’s doppelganger.
In a video posted on the official USA Pickleball Instagram page, Gerry participated in a few rounds of the competitive sport and other activities as well as sitting down for a short interview.
“This is thrilling,” he said, “There’s high energy, there’s great players here, there’s nowhere else I’d rather be.”
Gerry even gave some advice to those around his age who are looking for love: “I think the most important is when you’re with someone, give them your undivided attention and listen to them.”
Gerry’s season of The Golden Bachelor will soon come to an end in a couple of weeks as the star is down to two final constants: Theresa Nist and Leslie Fhima.
However, the reality TV star has faced some serious backlash recently.
‘THERESA RUN!’
During last week’s episode, Gerry revealed that he was in love with both Leslie and Faith Martin – who was eliminated on Thursday night during the live Women Tell All episode.
However, he did not say I love you to Theresa.
In an online thread, viewers slammed Gerry and blasted him as a dishonest person with their true feelings because he wants sex or attention.
One viewer wrote: “I can’t take Gerry seriously.
“He went from mourning widower to playa in six weeks. Now that he sees he can get chicks.”
Another viewer added: “Code Red! Code Red! Gerry said I love you to two women!?!”
A third viewer chimed: “Theresa! Run! Gerry didn’t say I love you!”
‘DEFINITELY HIM’
Many fans may have found a clue that Leslie was the woman that stole Gerry’s heart.
Back in September, Leslie posted a video on TikTok dancing with her granddaughter.

In it, the fitness trainer danced with her granddaughter to Dua Lipa’s Dance the Night.
Leslie, who was celebrating the Jewish New Year holiday Rosh Hashana, explained in the caption: “Dancing into the new year with my granddaughter, Kiki.”
As the grandma-granddaughter combo got their groove on, a seemingly familiar laugh could be heard in the background.
Fans rushed to an online forum to speculate the laughs belonged to Gerry.
“Whoever is filming starts to laugh and it weirdly sounds like Gerry’s laugh,” one person wrote to open the discussion. “I think he ends up with Leslie just from that video…that’s my guess!”
Another exclaimed: “I hear Gerry giggling in the background!!! Lol.”
One person confirmed: “That’s definitely him!”
A fourth agreed: “Wow you’re so right – it sounds like Gerry’s laugh!!!”
As a fifth confessed: “Definitely Gerry’s giggle…I’m so glad for her!!!”
SHE’S THE ONE
Fans aren’t the only one who think Gerry is going to pick Leslie in the end.
In an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun, Katherine Hedden of CityPickle met and played with the Golden Bachelor on September 25 at the facility’s Long Island City location in New York.
She said: “I think the one that’s going to win is the one that’s the most natural, most down to earth.”
She then revealed her pick: “I think he definitely will pick Leslie.
“I thought she was really down to earth.”
CityPickle’s Director of Community Outreach explained how Leslie would be a good fit for Gerry because he is also “really down to earth” and a “nice guy.”
“He doesn’t go for plastic… somebody who’s putting on a show or trying to impress him or trying to go for the long nails – that kind of thing.
“I think he just needs somebody who’s comfortable in their skin and comfortable in a cabin or can camp anywhere,” Katherine admitted.
