After a hearing on Monday, an LA judge signed a protection order for Frankie and his son Emilio, 29, against Francesco.

This made their temporary restraining order permanent for three years until April 29, 2027, People reported.

Emilio filed for a temporary restraining order in early April, after Francesco allegedly attempted to break into his father’s home on April 5.

The order states Francesco cannot contact Frankie or Emilio and cannot come within 100 yards of their homes and workplaces.

Last Friday, Four Seasons frontman Frankie was given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

He attended with his twin sons, Emilio and Brando, and his wife Jackie.

Francesco – who has appeared in movies like The House Bunny and Reach Me – was not at the ceremony.

He tried to break into Frankie’s home and “physically threatened to harm or kill” Frankie and Emilio while waiting for police to arrive, according to the original filing.

He is “addicted to opiates” and the alleged break-in is “part of a pattern for the past several months,” the documents stated.

Frankie had been supporting his eldest child financially for years but recently decided not to give him any funds unless he entered a drug treatment program, according to the filing.

The order stated that Francesco had destroyed his father’s property and stolen personal items which he later sold.

“Since cutting off [Francesco] financially, [Francesco’s] threats have escalated as well as the sale of personal property of our father, and increased attempts to access the property of our father,” Emilio wrote in his filing.

“Frankie is saddened by these unfortunate events and appreciates that his privacy will be respected as he works out these family issues,” a representative for the singer told DailyMail.com.

The U.S. Sun has contacted Frankie’s team for further comment.
