Cesc Fabregas has reacted on Twitter after Arsenal came back from 2 goals down to beat Bournemouth in dramatic fashion on Saturday.
While it seemed that despite the goals from Thomas Partey and Ben White that they were finally set to drop points, Reiss Nelson came up clutch with a sumptuous weak-footed strike to give his side the all-important 3 points.
Paul Merson said that many were doubting the Gunners, much like was the case with Leicester City’s 2015/2016 title-winning side and game after game, they continue to prove their sceptics wrong.
It seems as if he continues to keep getting proven right, with Cesc Fabregas expressing his delight on Twitter as Arsenal defeated Bournemouth in true champions’ fashion.

The stuff of champions
Gunners teams from the recent past would perhaps have just lost control of the contest and gone home without a single point to their names.
But that was not the case, as Cesc Fabregas noted on Twitter as Arsenal came back from the deal against a resolute Bournemouth side to do the impossible.
It is these victories that truly decide which teams become champions and the North Londoners continue to rise amidst adversity, be it with their last-gasp victory against Manchester United or Aston Villa.
Sure, Manchester City have a wealth of experience and could even be considered favourites to go all the way but doubting this Arsenal team would be naïve at this point, as they continue to make the unthinkable a reality.
