West Ham United manager David Moyes has raved about Divin Mubama on BBC Sport and has said that the forward excites him a lot.
Moyes made the comments about Mubama after West Ham’s 4-0 victory over AEK Larnaca at London Stadium in the UEFA Europa Conference League on Thursday evening.
The Hammers have got the better of AEK Larnaca 6-0 on aggregate in the Round of 16.
Mubama scored for the Hammers at London Stadium on Thursday evening.
The 18-year-old forward’s goal came in the 65th minute.

Moyes said: “I’m really pleased Jarrod Bowen got two, Gianluca Scamacca got a goal with young Divin getting a goal. It’s great when you give players the opportunity to play.
“Becoming a professional player is really difficult and you’ve dedicated your career since eight or nine years old to get to this level.
“Divin, with his energy and running, excites every time and Levi [Laing] and Pottsy [Freddie Potts] also came on. Hopefully it inspires the rest of the Academy that if you’re good enough you will get your chance.”

Exciting talent
In our view, Divin Mubama is an exciting talent, and his goal for West Ham United against AEK Larnaca is only going to enhance his confidence.
Now, of course, we must not forget that Mubama is only 18 now.
So, we should not pile the pressure on the teenager too much at the moment.
However, we believe that West Ham fans should certainly be excited about the forward who has come through the academy.
We know that the Hammers are not having the best of times with their forwards in the Premier League.
Perhaps Mubama could be the answer to the Hammers’ problems in the coming years.
